6、eover maximum deviations shall be rounded down to the nearest smaller size. 1.2. Wire made of aluminum alloy of grade 10 shall be produced only in a pressed condition. Wire shall be produced from aluminum and aluminum alloys, whose chemical composition is specified in table 2, in accord
9、ance with the requirements of this Standard for production schedules approved in accordance with the established procedure. (Amended Wording, Amendment No. 1). 2.2. Ovality of the wire shall not exceed the dimensions to beyond maximum deviations for diameter specified in table 1. 2.3. Surface of wir
10、e with a diameter of 4.00 mm and less shall be subjected to a chemical treatment. By agreement between the manufacturer and the customer, wire 4.00 mm and less in diameter shall be produced without chemical treatment. 2.2, 2.3. (Amended Wording, Amendment No. 1). 2.4. Wire with a chemically treated
11、surface shall be coiled onto reels mechanically in rows without bends and gaps. Wire ends shall be led out to the end surface and shall be easily found. External coiled layer of the wire shall be at a distance from 5 to 7 mm from the external diameter of end faces of reels 100 mm in diameter and at
12、a distance from 10 to 12 mm for reels 200, 300 and 430 mm in diameter. Wire not subjected to chemical treatment of the surface shall be coiled on coils in regular, non-entangled rows without local bends. Coil internal diameter shall be from 500 to 750 mm. The external diameter shall be no more than
13、1 050 mm. Height of the coil shall be no more than 150 mm. Weight of the coil shall be no more than 25 kg. The pressed wire may be in rectilinear cuts from 1 to 2.5 m in length. (Amended Wording, Amendment No. 1, 2). 2.5. Wire shall be produced in a cold-hardened state. By agreement between the manu
14、facturer and the customer, wire may be produced in the annealed state. (Amended Wording, Amendment No. 1). 2.6. Reel dimensions and length of the coiled wire shall correspond to the values specified in the Appendix. (Amended Wording, Amendment No. 1). 2.7. Wire on reels shall consist of a single cut

Fraction of the total mass of beryllium shall be established from a calcula
19、tion of the mixture and shall be ensured by manufacturing techniques. 3. Fraction of the total mass of residual titanium may be up to 0.15 % in aluminum alloys of grades 3, 10. 4. Hydrogen content in the alloy of grade 6 shall be no more than 0.4 cm3 in 100 g of metal, and hydrogen content in the al
20、loy of grade 1201 shall be no more than 0.2 cm3 in 100 g of metal. 5. The column “Other admixtures” contains the admixtures, the norms of which are not specified in the table. Presence of other admixtures shall not be determined, it shall be ensured by the manufacturing techniques. 6. At the custome
21、rs request, wire may be produced from the alloy of grade 5 with fraction of the total mass of iron no more than 0.3 % and it shall be additionally marked with the capital letter “.” This letter shall be added after the wire grade (5).
