Hotels will need to capture and store more data, yet access to it must be faster and more targeted in order to personalize the guest experience. Some companies, such as Marriott, have developed business models involving third parties deal with its property, which has allowed it to bring costs down. 14、ys pub restaurant brands include Beefeater, Brewers Fayre, Table Table, and Taybarns. Beefeater is a full-service branded pub restaurant operates over 130 restaurants in the UK. Brewers Fayres has Brewsters Fun factory or play zone for kids entertainment. Table Table, the companys new brand of hotel
15、 chain, operates over 100 restaurants in the UK. The company also operates the Taybarns restaurant concept that provides an eating-out solution to its customers with a wide range of food. Costa, one of the largest coffee shop chains in the UK, operated around 880 stores in the UK in FY2008. The comp
