All rights reserved. Introduction IEEE Std 1528-2003 was approved by the IEEE Standards B
8、oard on June 11, 2003, and published December 19, 2003. The CAD file for the standard head model (SAM phantom), developed by the Working Group and intended to be publicly available, has been available from the Working Group and other Internet sites, but was not included with IEEE Std 1528-2003 durin
9、g the IEEE approval process. Additionally, several typographical and style errors in this recommended practice have been identified. Although the omissions and errors could have been corrected in the next revision, it was thought best to document the errors in an amendment. This amendment corrects t
10、he known errors in this recommended practice, namely to include reference and availability of a CAD file of the human head model (SAM phantom), and editorial and technical clarifications and corrections.
