13、ternational Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies (ISO member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee h

ISO collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical
15、 standardization. International Standards are drafted in accordance with the rules given in the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2. The main task of technical committees is to prepare International Standards. Draft International Standards adopted by the technical committees are circulated to the member bodi

Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights. ISO shall not be held responsible for identifying any

Changes from the baseline values and comparison to alarm criteria are used to indicate anomalous behaviour and to generate alarms: this is usually designated as condition monitoring. Additionally, procedures that identify the cause(s) of the an

It is intended to allow the users and manufacturers of condition monitoring and diagnostics systems to share common concepts in the fields of machine diagnostics, to enable users to prepare the necessary technical characteristics that will be used for the

Since it gives general guidelines, a list of the machine types addressed is not included. However, the machine sets covered by this International Standard will normally in
