National bodies that are members of IS0 or IE
5、C participate in the development of International Standards through technical committees established by the respective organization to deal with particular fields of technical activity. IS0 and IEC technical committees collaborate in fields of mutual interest. Other international organizations, gove
6、rnmental and non-governmental, in liaison with IS0 and IEC, also take part in the work. In the field of information technology, IS0 and IEC have established a joint technical committee, ISO/IEC JTC 1. Draft International Standards adopted by the joint technical committee are circulated to national b

15、of these electrical characteristics in the said Recommendations. 14 Equipment designers shall take note of the fact that the predominant use of this connector is in devices using electrical characteristics confor- ming to CCITT Recommendation V.28. Therefore, equipment using V. ION. 11 electrical ch

The use of an active circuit (similar to
19、that shown in figure 8.1) is recommended for the case where a V. 11 driver is connected to a V.35 unbalanced (V. 28) receiver. Table B.l illustrates the contact assignments for IS0 2593 (associated with CCIlT Recommendation V.35) and the cor- responding contacts for IS0 2110, column M operation, spe
20、ci- fying the type of interconnecting device to be used. Table B.l illustrates the contact assignments for IS0 4902 with a cross reference to the correspondin
22、g CCITT Recommendation V.24 circuit assignments for the above column. It should be noted that Circuits 107 and 108 have an “A“ and “B“ assign- ment (use CCITT V. 11 electrical characteristics) in IS0 4902, whereas they have a single assignment (use CCITT V. 10 elec- trical characteristics) in IS0 21
23、 10, column M. Therefore, they require the use of an active interconnect circuit, similar to that shown in figure B.l, on circuits where a V.ll driver is being used with a V. 10 receiver.
