Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies paper cores
6、for panels used mainly as the core materials of panels (doors, partitions, floors, and the like), hereinafter referred t o as paper.cores. 12、l The material used for paper cores shall be as specified in the Japanese Industrial Standard or the Japanese Agricultural and Forestry Standard, or a material having equivalent or superior quality thereto. 5. Shape and Dimensions 5.1 The sizes of non-foldable cores and foldable cores in expanded co
13、ndition shall be expressed by the width (IV) in the direction of lamination, length (L) in the direction perpendicular to the direction of lamination, thickness (C), and cell size ( d ) . 5.2 The tolerance on thickness shall be within ? 0.3 mm. However, the measuring method for thickness shall be as
14、 specified in 7.2. 5.3 The product dimensions of paper cores shall be decided by agreement between the parties concerned. Testing 7.1 General Test Conditions ( 1 ) Test pieces shall preliminarily be subjected to humidity adjustment for 6 h
24、ours or longer under the conditons of a temperature of 20 + 2C and a relative humidity of 65 + 5 %, and prompty tested-at ordinary temperature and ordinary humidity (20 - + 15OC and 65 - + 20 X ) . (2) The loading plate, spherical seats, and rollers used shall have such a rigidity that the deformati
25、on due to the load can be neglected. (3) Average values of test results shall be obtained to the first decimal place. 7.2 Measurement of Thickness (i) For non-foldable cores, thickness shall be measured at one point for each area of 300 mm x 300 mm with a measuring pressure of O. 2 + O. O2 kgf /cm 1
26、.96 + O. 2 N/cm 1, and the measured values Shall be represented-by their average value. Note (4) The reinforcing resin shall be applied i n the condition of being hardened at ordinary temperature or at a slightly higher temperature t o a depth of ab

However, the through holes shall not be blocked. 7.3.3 Testing Method (1) The test piece shall be held between two loading plates larger i n size than the test piece, and the load shall be applied uniformly (refer to Reference Fig. 2). (2) With a loading speed of 0

With a loading speed of 0.5 t o 1 mm/min, the maximum load shall be
