8、ng machines Introduction This Japanese Industrial Standard has been prepared based on ISO/ DIS 6506-2 Metallic materials-Brinell hardness test-Part 2 : Verification of test- ing machines published in 1997 without modifying the technical contents. The portions with dotted underlines are items not inc
9、luded in the original Inter- national Standard. 1 Scope This Standard specifies the direct and indirect verification methods for testing machine that are used for the Brinell hardness test specified in JIS Z 2243. 2 Normative references The following standards contain provisions which, through refer
10、ence in this Standard, constitute provisions of this Standard. If the indication of the year of publication is given to these referred standards, only the edition of the indicated year constitutes the provision of this Standard but the revision and amend- ment made thereafter do not apply.
