Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the hand lift trucks, which ascend and descend by man power, to be used for carrying the goods loaded on the skid in the yard, the interior of a house and the like (hereafter referred to as hand lifts). Remarks 1. The units

Definitions For the purposes of this Standard, the following definitions apply. hand lift truck of pull out type Hand lift truck having a structure to ascend the carrier by using the hand
7、le as a lever and operating by pulling the handle. hand lift truck of push out type The hand lift truck having a structure to ascend the carrier by using the handle as a lever. This is operated by pushing the handle. hand lift truck of hand push and foot step type a structure to ascend and descend t
8、he carrier by working the pedal. This is operated by pushing the handle. Hand lift truck having links - it move upward and downword. 13、990 4. Maximum loading mass The maximum loading mass shall be any one of 200 kg, 300 kg, 500 kg, 800 kg or 1000 kg, as a rule. 5. Quality use, distortions, cracks, inferior paintings, inferior coatings etc. 5.1 Appearance Each hand lift shail be free from imperfections harmful to 5.2 Junction Each j

16、hand lift operation performance shall be excellent in stability during operation. 5.5 Starting performance At the time of the starting performance test of 9.2, the starting force of the hand lift shall meet the Table 2.!
