7、NDUSTRIAL STANDARD JIS A 5731 : 2002 Recycled plastics inspection chambers and covers for rainwater 1 Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the chambers for rainwater (hereafter referred to as “chambers”) and covers to be used in housing site, which are made by using mainly recycled plas
8、tics and additives such as fillers, reinforcing agents, and the like, as occasion demands. 2 Normative references The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this Standard, constitute provisions of this Standard. The most recent editions of the standards (including amendme
9、nts) indicated below shall be applied. JIS A 1408 JIS K 6741 Test methods of bending and impact for building boards Unplasticized poly(viny1 chloride) (PVC- U) pipes 3 Definitions follows. The definitions of main terms used in this Standard shall be as a) recycled plastics Preconsumer materials and
10、postconsumer materials of various plastics. pre-consumer material Material diverted from the waste stream during a manufacturing process. Excluded is reutilization of materials such as rework, regrind or scrap generated in a process and capable of being reclaimed within the same process that generat
11、ed it (JIS Q 14021). b) c) post-consumer material Material generated by households or by commer- cial, industrial and institutional facilities in their role as end-users of the prod- uct which can no longer be used for its intended purpose. This includes returns of material from the distribution cha
12、in (JIS Q 14021). 4 Name, composition and classification 4.1 Name and composition The names of each part shall be as shown in Fig. 1.
