4、ilding Components (Concrete A 6505-1975 Panel for Floor) (Reaffirmed: 1983) 1. Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the concrete panel for floor (I) used for the dwelling houses of low-story precast reinforced concrete construction, hereinafter referred t o as the “panel“. Note ( l ) Th
5、e term panel for floor means such panel that is any one of the kinds given i n Table 1, has the dimensions given i n Table 2 and constitutes a part of floor being connected with a panel for w a l l , j o i s t , etc. Remark: The units and numerical values given i n 1 in t h i s standard are i n acco
6、rdance with the International System of Units (SI), and are appended for reference. 2. Materials 2.1 Cement The cement shall be the ordinary, high-early-strength, ultra high-early-strength or moderate heat portland cement Specified i n JIS R 5210, or Class A or B cement specified i n JIS R 5211, JIS
7、 R 5212 and JIS R 5213. 2.2 Aggregate The aggregate shall be such material that is composed of coarse and fine grains mixed suitably, having a grain s i z e passing 20 mm sieve and less than of the least thickness of the product, and meets the following requirement: 1 (i) The lightweight aggregate f
8、or concrete is such material as specified i n JIS A 5002. (2) Crushed stone is such material as specified i n JIS A 5005. (3) The aggregate other than those described above is such material that is clean, rigid and durable, and does not include detrimental quantities of dust, mud, organic matter, et

However, it may be not more than 0.1 %, when special an
11、ticorrosive treatment, such as the use of an anticorrosive, is applied. Except where the sand for the concrete i n which reinforcement that has been treated i n advance for anticorrosion is used. 2.3 Water The water shall be clean and shall not contain detrimental quantities of o i l , acid, organic
12、 matter, etc. 2.4 Admixtures Admixtures shall not have detrimental effect on concrete and steel materials. 2.5 Reinforcement The reinforcement shall be one of the materials as shown i n the following: (1) The steel bars specified in JIS G 3112 and J I S G 3117 or those having a quality a t least equ
13、ivalent thereto. (2) The ordinary low carbon steel wires specified i n JIS G 3532. (3) The welded steel wire fabrics specified i n J I S G 3551. 3. Kinds 3.1 Kinds of Panel The kinds of panel are divided by the symbols indi- cated i n Table 1 depending on the position of use. Panel used for Panel fo

Notes (2) The t e r m lean-to roof means an eave manufactured separately from the roof panel. ( 3 ) The design drawing and specifications concerning the symbols L and S shall be shown

Shapes, Dimensions and Dimensional Permissible Deviations 4.1 Shapes, Dimensions The shapes and dimensions of the panels shall be determined so as the dimensions of the room space constituted
19、of the panels comply with the specifications of Appendix. However, such panels having actual dimensions greater than the required are allowable, for the t i m e being. e 4.2 The dimensions o-f the panels are divided into those for ready-made products and those for made-to-order products. The shapes
20、and dimensions of ready-made products shall comply with 4 . 3 . The shapes and dimensions of made-to-order products shall be subjected t o the agreement between the parties concerned. 4.3 Modular Nominal Dimensions of Panels The modular nominal dimensions of the panels shall be as follows: (i) The m
21、odular nominal dimensions of widths and lengths of the panels are as given i n Table 2 and a panel is designated by the combination of the respective modular nominal dimensions as exemplified i n Remark 1.
