3、trial Standard revised by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry through deliberations at the Japanese Industrial Standards Committee, as the result of proposal for revision of Japanese Industrial Standard submitted by The Japan Light Metal Welding and Construction Association (JLWA) with the d
4、raft being attached, based on the provision of Article 12 Clause 1 of the Industrial Standardization Law applicable to the case of revision by the provision of Article 14. Consequently JIS Z 3105 : 1993 is revised, and further, JIS Z 3108 : 1986 and JIS Z 3109 : 1988 are withdrawn and integrated int

15、welded joints of aluminium and aluminium alloys (hereafter referred to as “aluminium”), where the X-ray or yray (hereafter referred to as “radiation”) is carried out by the direct photographing method with the industrial X-ray film. 2 Normative references The following standards contain provisions w
16、hich, through reference in this Standard, constitute provisions of this Standard. The most recent editions of the standards (including amendments) indicated below shall be applied. 19、initions given in JIS Z thickness of base metal Nominal thickness of aluminium plate to be used. 20、r- get. b) 4 Type of image quality of radiographs The image quality of the radiograph is classified into 6 classes such as Class A, Class B, Class PO, Class P1, Class P2 and Class F. 22、ity of radiographs Shape of welded joint Class P1 Class P2 5 Test engineer The engineers to carry out the radiographic test shall be those who have passed the test specified in JIS Z 3861 or those with the capability equal to or higher than them. 6 Radiographic devices and attachment 6.1 The radiogr
23、aphic devices shall be an X-ray devices specified in JIS Z 4606, and a y-ray devices specified in JIS Z 4560 or the devices with the performance equal to or higher than those. Radiographic devices 6.2 Photo-sensitive materials Industrial X-ray film (hereafter referred to as “film”) shall be used fil
24、m system Class Tl (low sensitivity, super ultra-fine particles), Class T2 (low sensitivity, ultra-fine particles), Class T3 (medium sensitivity, fine particles), or Class T4 (high sensitivity, fine particles) specified in JIS K 7627.
