4、king curve for sample shall be carried out as follows: Place several 25 ml quantities of zinc solution C7.2 (3)l in as many 100 ml one mark volumetric flasks, and add 20 ml hydrochloric acid (1 + 1) respectively. Add stepwise several different quantities (from O to 50 mg as cadmium) of standard cadm
5、ium solution A 7.2 (4)l and standard cadmium solution B C7.2 (5)1, and dilute them with water up to the marked line. Spray a portion of the solution into the argon plasma of the inductively coupled plasma spectrophotometer, and measure the emission strength at 226.502 nm wavelength simultaneously wi
6、th the measurement of the emission strength for the sample. Draw the curve of the relation between measured emission strength and quantity of cadmium, and prepare the working curve for sample by parallel shifting of the relation curve so as to let the curve pass the original point.
