This FOTP is part of the series of test procedures included within Recommended Standard EIA/TIA-455. . 1. INTRODUCTION The i
13、ntent of this procedure is to assure that the coupling mechanism of a connector set or connector-device combination will withstand the axial loads likely to be applied during normal service. 2. 17、Page 2 3. APPARATUS The assembled test apparatus shall be capable of applying an axial load between the connector adapter or device adapter and cap or coupling nut. An example of a test apparatus is shown in Figure 1. All or some of the following apparatus components are required. 3.1 applying the s
18、pecified force at the specified rate. FORCE GENERATOR. Use any suitable device that is capable of smoothly 3.2 generator to the connector or device adapter cap or coupling nut. CLAMPING DEVICE.
