1、海南师范大学 硕士学位论文 黎族传统体育作为中学阳光体育活动内容的可行性研究 姓名:李键 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:体育人文社会学 指导教师:郝文亭 2011-05 I 摘 要 2007 年 4 月 29 日,中共中央,教育部、国家体育总局全面启动了“全国亿万青少 年学生阳光体育运动” , 随后中共中央印发了关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的 意见的文件,文件指出, “当前和今后一个时期,要认真落实健康第一的指导思 想,建立健全学校体育工作机制,充分保证学校体育课和学生体育活动,培养青少年良 好的体育锻炼习惯和健康的生活方式,广泛开展全国亿万学生阳光体育运动 , 鼓励学生走向操场、走进大自然、
2、走到阳光下,形成青少年体育锻炼的热潮” , “保证学 生每天锻炼一小时” 。在此背景下,学校体育肩负了更加重大的使命,不仅要通过身体 练习来增强学生的体质, 还要培养学生终生体育的意识。 各种报道和文献资料显示, “阳 光体育活动”已初见成效,譬如北京密云县自 08 年以来,全县 64 个中小学,坚持全年 每天长跑活动,各校并因地制宜的开展有特色的体育活动,两年多以来,学生体质显著 上升。 “阳光体育活动”的开展有效促进了学生体育锻炼的参与度,从而提高学生体质。 然而, “阳光体育活动”在全国的发展并不均衡,一些学校由于经费、对体育的重 视程度、场地器材、学生锻炼意识、运动项目选择等原因, “
3、阳光体育运动”并没有实 质性的开展起来。 自 1985 年第一次全国学生体质与健康调研到 2005 年的第五次全国学 生体质与健康调研的情况来看,二十年间,海南中学生的体质总体呈下滑趋势,速耐素 质、肺活量指标都大幅下降,尽管阳光体育运动实施有三年多,但从 2010 年海南师范 大学对海南省部分中学进行的学生体质调研的数据来看,中学生体质仍在下降, “阳光 体育运动”没有起到实质性的作用。 “阳光体育活动”本是国家出台的一项旨在提高学生体质健康的政策,为什么起不 到相应的作用呢?通过调查研究发现,师资缺乏、场地缺乏、设施陈旧、各级领导重视 不够,即使学生有兴趣也无处发挥,这种情况使得海南省阳光
4、体育的落实情况不理想。 中学阶段是学生身体成长的重要阶段,中学体育对学生的成长发育、终身体育意识的形 成和培养有着至关重要的作用。因此,本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法, 通过对“阳光体育活动”和黎族传统体育活动在海南开展的现状进行研究,对黎族传统体 育项目在实施“阳光体育运动”中的优势进行了探索和分析,认为学生对黎族传统体育虽 不了解但有学习的热情。对竹竿舞的校本课程化进行个案研究,进行海南黎族丰富的传 统体育项目融入“阳光体育活动”中的可行性分析,得出结论,由于场地、经费、师资 等原因,阳光体育活动在海南开展的不理想,而黎族传统体育的开展更加欠缺。黎族传 II 统体育具有很多现代体
5、育不具有的优势,受场地限制少,适合在海南各级中学中开展。 建议海南省应该对黎族传统体育加强研究,建立资源共享平台,加强师资队伍建设,编 制合适的教材,进行有效推广,保证专项经费,加强领导、科学管理。因地制宜的开展 “阳光体育活动” ,进一步丰富“阳光体育运动”的内容,使有益于学生的体质健康举措 能够落到实处,有效增强青少年体质,使校园体育文化更具特色,真正起到促进学生健 康发展的作用。 关键词:黎族传统体育、阳光体育活动、作为、内容、可行性 III Abstract In April 29, 2007 ,the Central Committee of the Communist Party

18、nts and materials, questionnaire investigation method,etc.,Through carrying on research to “ sunshine sport activity “ and the Li nationalitys traditional sport activity, have explored and analyzed the advantage of the Li nationalitys traditional sports item in implementing “ sunshine sports activit
