5、irement of Progress Objective System 我司将综合考虑业主工期要求、现场情况、设计进度以及其他综合因 素确定施工总计划,确定进度控制点。We will take into consideration the Owners schedule requirement, site condition, design progress and other factors when we prepare out general construction plan and define progress control point. 采用先进的计划软件编制完善的施工计划,
6、明了施工工序,指导施工, 发挥提纲挈领的作用。We will use advanced planning software to prepare and improve construction plan. Make clear construction procedures, guide construction. 充分利用进度控制目标体系, 落实各层次进度控制的人员、 具体任务 与工作职责。 We will take full advantage of progress control objective system, assign progress controller at all
7、levels, detailed tasks and responsibility. 编制旬施工计划和分项工程的细部施工计划,明确每旬应完成任务与 分项工程的时间安排,提高劳动生产率。We will prepare ten days construction plan and detailed divisional work construction plan, define task and scheduled time, elevate labor productivity. 列出各衔接施工工序的时间控制点,并得到各相关指定分包单位的签 字认可,从而监督施工计划的实施。We will li

12、ntee Scheduled Time 由项目经理牵头,每周组织一次例会,初步拟定在每周三,对项目上 周完成和本周计划,给予相应的总结和布署,找出差距和原因,寻找 施工工序中可挖掘的工期因素,缩短工期,达到进一步提前竣工。 Project manager will hold a routine meeting every week, initially fixed on every Wednesday, to summarize the completed work last week and arrange plan this week, find out causes and shortc

18、se combination with civil work during structure construction phase, to occupy lesser key schedule time as much as possible, shorten construction period. 2.5.3设备的保障Equipment Guarantee 本工程我司主要配备的设备及其备用情况详见第3 部分。垂直机械 采用 2 台塔吊及 3 台井架,并保证设备供应单位可在24 小时内保障提 供常用配件。Major equipments and their backups prepared
