12、与舟山路交叉口西南角,本工程建筑面积为15000平方米, 平面结构呈一字形。本工程由河南省城乡建筑设计有限公司设计。河南省兴豫建 设管理有限公司进行监理,漯河市滨河建筑装饰有限公司承建,本工程抗震设防烈 度六度,抗震等级三级,现场施工使用塔式起重机一台,龙门架两座,用以提升 建筑材料。 ( 二) 、应急预案工作流程图 根据本工程的特点及施工工艺的实际情况,认真的组织了对危险源和环境因素 的识别和评价,特制定本项目发生紧急情况或事故的应急措施,开展应急知识教育 和应急演练,提高现场操作人员应急能力,减少突发事件造成的损害和不良环境影 响。其应急准备和响应工作程序见下图: temporary co
