雅砻江 桐子林水电站金龙沟人工骨料生产系统工程绿化带、滴灌系统改造及维护管理方案广西水电工程局四川桐子林水电站砂石系统工程经理部 2010年12月批准: 审查： 校核： 编制： 目 录1编制说明12.概述12.1编制依据12.2编制原则12.3 项目概况13.主要施工项目和工程量24 永久滴灌系统改造方案35.主要施工措施45. 1施工程序45. 2施工准备45.3管路铺设与安装45.4水泵安装55.5水池土建施工56.绿化带及滴灌系统的维护管理57 .资源投入67.1 本项目主要投入设备67.2 施工人员68.质量控制措施79. 施工安全保证措施710.附件71编制说明根据合同文件，本砂石系统建设、运行总工期为6年时间，2009年6月1日，业主正式将金龙沟骨料生产系统施工场地移交给了承包人，同时也把施工区域内的绿化带交由承包人维护管理。应业主要求，需把系统建设成花园式的场地，除了恢复系统原绿化带的滴灌系统外，再在局部位置新增绿化带，承包人在系统建设期时已经对绿化带及老化的滴灌系统进行了临时改造。由于系统建设期时土建施工及设备安装因施工干扰而不便于实施永久管路改造，因此在骨料生产系统建安期只进行临时改造。现系统已经进入运行时期，原临时改造的滴灌系统部分管路已经老化损坏。为完善绿化带的滴灌系统，为保证金龙沟骨料生产系统工区绿化带在骨料系统运行期间的生命，特制定金龙沟绿化带滴灌系统永久改造的方案及绿化带维护管理的实施方案。2.概述2.1编制依据（1）雅龙江桐子林水电站金龙沟人工骨料生产系统布置和相关资料。（2）与工程有关的规程、规范和技术标准。（3）室外给排水工程规范。（4）给排水工程施工手册。2.2编制原则（1）保证给水管道满足系统绿化用水要求。（2）文明施工和保护环境的原则。2.3 项目概况金龙沟人工骨料生产系统位于二滩坝址上游左岸约1km的金龙山上，整个生产系统充分利用原二滩大坝标砂石厂的场地及部分设施，该场地分布高程1215m1335m，呈陡缓相间的台阶状地形，系统大门处高程1215m，几个大的平台高程分别为1320m、1312m、1305m及1235m。进场公路两侧及平台外侧边缘均布置有绿化带。骨料系统土建施工及设备安装已全部完成，并进入运行时期。3.主要施工项目和工程量3.1主要工程项目（1）管路制作与安装；（2）给水设备的安装；（3）管道阀门的安装；（4）水池土建施工。3.2主要工程量主要工程量（仅供参考）见表31。 编号名称规格单位数量备注1潜水泵D25-30*8,扬程240m,流量25m3/h台1从回收水池取水2普通钢管65m950供水主管路，采用焊接连接3普通钢管40m200从1270m平台接至成品装车平台绿化带主管路，采用管套连接4镀锌钢管40m1200从粗碎出料1320m平台沿公路接至进场大门，采用管套连接5镀锌钢管32m175从粗碎进料平台沿隧洞接至粗碎出料平台，采用管套连接6镀锌钢管15m160进场公路两侧绿化带喷洒支管7PVC塑料管25m1475各平台绿化带滴灌支管8喷头15个809镀锌直通40个15010镀锌直通32个2011镀锌三通40变15个8012镀锌三通32变15个1013球阀15个8014闸阀65个615球阀40个816球阀25个1817水龙头15个1018法兰65片619水池基础土石开挖M36.020水池钢筋制安t1.521水池C20砼M318.64 永久滴灌系统改造方案滴灌系统供水设计从加工系统二级泵站分流接取至大门附近（1210m高程）的回收水池，再从（1215m高程）回收水池抽至料场1区公路隧洞口（1390m高程）平台水池（容量36m3），然后从水池分流到各绿化带。设计最大供水量为25t/h，管道总长约4160m，管道施工拟划分为五个施工区域：第一区域：二级泵房1210m回收水池。直接利用骨料生产系统供水管路，从在二级泵房站接引一条DN65钢管至回收水池，钢管连接采用对焊连接。第二区域：1215m回收水池1区公路隧洞1390m平台水池。从1210m高程回收水池接一条DN65的钢管到1390m高程平台水池做为绿化灌溉用的取水主管路，采用1台(功率为37KW，扬程为240m，流量25 m3/h)潜水泵从回收水池抽至1390m平台水池。 第三区域：1390m高程平台水池1270m高程平台。从1390m高程平台水池引一条DN65的钢管1305m筛分平台，做为绿化灌溉用的取水主管路，在主管路上适当位置焊接25钢管做绿化带供水接口，并设置控制闸阀。管路连接采用对焊连接。第四区域：绿化灌溉（DN65的钢管）取水主管路各平台（1320m、1312m、1305m、1270m、1235 m高程）绿化带。1270m高程以上各平台绿化带直接从DN65的钢管主水管上用球阀的形式取水，各高层平台绿化带的取水管路均采用25的PVC软管；1270m高程以下先采用DN40钢管接至1235 m平台围墙处，再采用25的PVC软管接到绿化带里。第五区域：高位水池至场内道路沿线。从高位水池引一条DN100的钢管粗碎出料1320m平台，再从粗碎平台沿进场道路引一条DN40的镀锌钢管至系统进场大门处，做为场内公路绿化灌溉及路面降尘的取水主管路，采用15钢管在主管路上每隔18m埋设1个2.0m高绿化灌溉喷头，每个喷头设置控制闸阀。管路连接采用管套连接。滴灌系统供水的设备、管路、附件及布置详见滴灌系统改造平面布置图。5.主要施工措施5. 1施工程序施工准备（工作面交接、测量点线复核、施工机具进场、管材等材料检查）铺管安装就位检查清洁管口管节对口定位检查对称焊接检验防腐试压回填。5. 2施工准备（1）测量放样施工前先根据设计图纸及现场地形情况进行测量放样，挂好桩线，在管道安装位置附近设置标记，便于观察和使用；（2）施工范围内杂草树木清理砍伐根据管路铺设安装位置及现场地形情况，对施工范围内影响施工的杂草树木进行砍伐清理；（3）施工机具电焊机、氧割等机具按工程进度需要进场。（4）材料准备根据监理批复的方案做好材料计划，所用原材料符合设计及规范要求。5.3管路铺设与安装（1）管路选型永久滴灌系统工程，主管路采用DN75钢管和DN40钢管，进场公路绿化带喷洒管路采用15镀锌钢管，平台绿化带滴灌管路采用15的PVC软管。（2）管路铺设主管道的主要采取明铺方式，局部需埋设的管路采用人工开挖，开挖的渣料堆放在沟槽旁，作为沟槽回填料，基槽采用人工清面及人工夯实；全部滴灌管路采用人工铺设安装，根据设计方案沿绿化带一路铺设（3）管路安装管路安装严格按照施工图有关规程、规范进行管道安装施工。大管径（DN75）钢管采用现场对接焊接连接，小管径钢管直接由提供商开牙，运至安装现场利用管套对接连接安装；平台滴灌管路在位于植物根部的位置采用内镶4PE塑料小管取水，管路的末端部用补心堵上，整个绿化带里面的25塑料管路埋在泥巴下面，只留4PE塑料小管出土面给植物供水，做到一植物一小管，保证植物正常供水要求；进场公路绿化带喷洒管路采用15镀锌钢管，管底设置控制闸阀，喷洒管头设置喷头。详见管路制作与安装图。 5.4水泵安装水泵在安装前须进行检验，检查水泵设备是否有缺件、损坏和锈蚀等情况，对传动部分按产品说明书要求加注润滑油。水泵安装在回收清水池旁边，采用螺杆固定在钢结构支撑上。采用人工安装，固定方式。5.5水池土建施工（1）基础开挖基础采用人工配合机械开挖，并做到随挖随清理，挖出的废渣搬运到安全地方堆放；（2）钢筋制安根据施工图纸，钢筋在钢筋制作场加工后运至施工工作面进行安装，钢筋安装必须设计图纸及规范要求。（3）混凝土浇筑拌合站布置于水池施工的工作面附近空旷处，施工所用水泥、砂石骨料、水等原材料汽车运到拌合站附近堆放，施工用水用电从现场生活营地接引。混凝土采用拌合机进行拌制，人工搬运至浇筑仓面。详见水池施工图。6.绿化带及滴灌系统的维护管理在系统运行期间安排专人负责抽水及管路维护，保证水量充足，同时也安排了人员给绿化带植物定时修剪，由于攀枝花的天气干燥，绿化带里的水分蒸发的比较严重，滴灌必须每天要按时进行，主要维护管理如下：（1）浇水   在天气干旱时，还须向树冠和枝干进行喷水。特别是根据植物生长需要，在不同的时间浇灌保活水、生长水、冬水，以保证植株正常的生长需要。对新栽苗木，应在4、5、6、9、10和11月对新植苗木进行至少每月一次浇水。如给植株施肥，施肥后应立即浇水，促使肥料渗透至土壤内成水溶液状态为根系吸收，同时使肥料浓度降低而不致烧根。 （2）施肥     由于花卉苗木的生长需求，需要不断的补充养分，给苗木施肥可以有效的解决苗木养分不足的问题。氮肥应在春季发芽、生长旺盛之际施入；花芽分化时期应多施磷肥；秋季应加施磷肥、钾肥，停施氮肥。施肥之后要立即浇水。一般施肥随下雨或浇水时进行。 （3）维护管理计划根据骨料生产系统运行期工期安排，运行期的绿化带及滴灌系统维护管理从2011年1月1日开始至系统工程离场为止。根据绿化带的布置范围及面积、当地气候条件、植物种类等，承包人安排了专门了4人的绿化小组，全天进行绿化带及滴灌系统的维护管理，滴灌每天2次，每次23个小时，以及进行绿化带的修剪、培土等工作，保证绿化带有充足的水源供应，确保植物能够及时的吸收水分，保持良好生长态势。7 .资源投入7.1 本项目主要投入设备序号设备名称规格单位数量备注1管钳把42氧割套13电焊机BX-500台24轻型小汽车辆15振动器台16手推车辆47混凝土搅拌机0.35 m3台17.2 施工人员根据绿化带的布置、工作量及工期安排，本项目的永久滴灌系统改造投入人员10人。8.质量控制措施（1）在整个施工操作过程中，要实施工前有交底、工中有检查、工后有验收的“一条龙”操作管理方法。做到施工操作程序化、标准化、规范化，确保施工质量及产品质量。（2）在工程项目施工与管理过程中，必须正确处理质与量的关系。主管领导尤其是项目经理，严格按标准、规范和设计要求组织、指导施工生产，绝不因为抢工期与抢产量而忽视质量。（3） 严把原材料进场质量关，要求所有进场材料均应有产品合格证或技术说明书，并按有关规定进行抽检，没有产品合格证、技术说明书或抽检不合格，一律不使用。9. 施工安全保证措施（1）所有进入工地的人员，必须按规定佩戴安全帽，遵章守纪听从指挥；加强安全保卫工作，禁止闲杂人员进入施工现场。 （2）施工人员必须按规定正确使用劳动保护用品；（3）爱惜当地的自然资源，不任意破坏自然植被，听从业主和监理对施工的环保意见；（4）切除一切可能造成火灾、爆炸事故的根源，严格控制火源，严格管理易燃、易爆和助燃物；（5）对职工进行防火安全教育，杜绝员工燃电炉，随意动火，流动吸烟乱扔烟头现象；（6）在施工区内严禁吸烟；（7）加强施工现场管理，现场设备、材料堆放合理整齐，做到工完、料尽、场地清，开展经常性文明施工大检查和文明施工评比活动，促进文明施工水平的提高。（8）保持生活区内环境整洁卫生，生活垃圾按规定的地点丢弃，生产、生活污水处理后按业主指定的地点排放；晴天施工、施工道路要洒水保湿，防灰尘污染空气；10.附件（1）滴灌系统改造平面布置图（2）水池施工图（3）管路制作及安装图56广西水电工程局四川桐子林水电站砂石系统工程经理部（英文版 ） Two regulations promulgated for implementation is in the party in power for a long time and the rule of law conditions, the implementation of comprehensive strictly strategic plan, implementation in accordance with the rules and discipline to manage the party, strengthen inner-party supervision of major initiatives.
