185次 1、用途及适用范围1SM1Z系列智能型塑壳式断路器（以下简称断路器）适用于交流50Hz，额定绝缘电压800V，额定工作电压400V，额定工作电流40A-800A的电路中作为线路的分配电能与不频繁转换及电动机的保护与不频繁启动之用。断路器具有过载长延时、超载限流分断、短路短延时、短路瞬时三段电流保护和缺相保护功能，具有保护线路和限制用电功能。断路器还具有隔离功能，能起线路中的隔离开关作用。断路器可与计算机联网通信，实现遥控、遥测、遥调、遥信；限流电流可调；动作时间可调；具有过载、预报警指示；还具有后备保护大电流瞬时电磁脱扣功能。本断路器分断能力高，飞弧短，抗振动；能竖直安装，亦能横向安装；外形、安装尺寸与1SM1系列塑壳断路器规格相同，便于用户安装。本断路器不可倒进线！只允许1、3、5接电源线，2、4、6接负载线。本断路器符合下列标准：IEC60947-2、GB14048.2低压开关设备和控制设备·低压断路器及附录F具有电子过电流保护的断路器的附加要求。2、正常工作条件  2.1 周围空气温度不超过+40，不低于-5；且24小时平均值不超过+35。  2.2 周围空气相对湿度：在+40时不超过50%；在较低的温度下可以有较高的湿度，(例在+20时，可达90%）但应考虑对由于温度变化而在产品表面产生的凝露需采取措施。  2.3 安装地点的海拔高度不超过2000米。  2.4 污染等级为3级。  2.5 主电路安装类别为，辅助电路和控制电路安装类别为。  2.6 安装地点的周围环境应无爆炸危险、无导电尘埃、无腐蚀性气体的场合。  2.7 安装在没有雨雪侵袭的地方。  2.8 断路器的进出线连接螺钉应旋紧，并达到规定力矩(见右表1)。警告：否则将产生温升过高！  2.9 断路器的进线端（1、3、5端）相间必须安装隔弧板。3、型号、规格4、基本技术参数  4.1 主电路的额定值及性能指标见表3  4.2 智能脱扣器动作特性断路器具有过载长延时反时限、短路短延时反时限、短路短延时定时限、短路瞬时三段动作电流保护功能，并可由用户自行设定组成所需要的保护特性。反时限动作时间分别符合特性方程: I2T1=(2Ir1)2t1；I2T2=(1.5Ir1)2t2，其特性曲线如下图1：  4.3 控制电路基本参数当断路器带有内、外部附件时，其附件的控制电路的电参数见下表4、表5、表6、表7。 4.3.1断路器的内部附件及接线4.3.2 断路器的外部附件及接线1).电动操作机构(见图5)2).1SM1Z(电子可调式)专用测试器(见图6) 3).1SM1Z(限载式)FST编程器（见图7）  4.4 控制电路的工作条件4.4.1 分励脱扣器分励脱扣器在额定控制电源电压的70%110%之间时，应能可靠地使断路器脱扣。4.4.2 欠电压脱扣器欠电压脱扣器在额定工作电压降至70%35%时，应能可靠地使断路器脱扣；在额定工作电压的85%110%之间时，应能保证断路器可靠地合闸；在额定工作电压低于35%时，应能防止断路器合闸。敬告：欠电压脱扣器必须先通电吸合，断路器才能再扣合闸！否则将损坏断路器！4.4.3 辅助触头和报警触头应在上表的规定值内安全使用。4.4.4 电动操作机构在额定控制电源电压的85%110%之间时，应能可靠地使断路器闭合或分断。注意：当断路器脱扣后，电动操作机构必须先使断路器再扣，然后才能合闸！5、外形和安装及外部附件  5.1 外部附件5.1.1 断路器可以安装电动操作机构代替人工合、分闸。5.1.2 断路器亦可配装转动手柄操作机构。其分为CZ1（操作手柄在断路器中心位置）和CZ2（操作手柄偏心于断路器中心位置）两种，并具有二种手柄：F型（带万向头）；A型（方轴连接）。这样就可通过转动手柄来实现抽屉柜、配电柜、动力箱等在面板上操作的要求。告诫：电动操作机构请务必向本公司配套咨询及订货以确保产品质量。否则将影响使用性能！用户千万不要自己随意购买和安装！5.1.3 操作手柄的门板开孔尺寸见图8、图9： 5.1.4 操作手柄的特点：  1).当断路器在合闸状态时，不能开启柜门。  2).若操作手柄或手操机构在合闸状态时有故障，可通过操作手柄上的紧急解锁装置开启柜门。  3).对应不同规格的手操机构，相配套的操作手柄，其门板开孔一致。  4).方轴长度L=150mm，大于此长度时，在定货时需注明。  5).手操机构配用“F”型或“A”型手柄不同要求时，在定货时需注明。告诫：手动操作机构请务必向本公司配套咨询及订货以确保产品质量，否则将影响使用性能！用户自行购买安装后所发生的不良后果本公司不负责任。  5.2 外形尺寸和安装尺寸  5.3 不同额定电流的连接导线的参考截面见表9 使用与维护：  6.1 断路器在安装前应检查断路器铭牌上所列技术参数是否符合使用要求；同时在使用前请仔细阅读产品使用说明书。  6.2 板前接线的断路器允许安装在金属板或金属支架上；板后接线的断路器应安装在绝缘板上。  6.3 断路器进线端的飞弧距离间隔应大于性能表的规定值，极间应用隔弧板隔开。如图10所示  6.4 对于智能型限载式断路器的过载长延时反时限电流Ir1、长延时间t1、短路短延时电流Ir2、短延时时间t2、短路瞬时电流Ir3、限载电流值Ico均已由厂家出厂时设置好，必须使用厂家的编程器才能修改参数设置。（应由专业权限人员进行调整）。  6.5 智能型限载式断路器的外观如下图11： 告诫：专业人士在调整前，请仔细阅读编码器使用说明书再行操作！  6.6 LCD显示功能6.6.1 常规显示断路器正确连接通电后，LCD分四行常规显示A、B、C、N各相的电流状态，单位为A。当出现故障时，第四行对应显示故障状态。例如电流过载：根据电流设定值（厂家出厂值或可用编程器设置），当任意一相的电流超高时，对应的电流单位显示为H，同时显示所超的具体数值。显示如下： 6.6.2 正常时显示状态断路器正常运行时，在常规显示工作状态下，按“-”键，可以显示A、B、C、相的相位状态（是否缺相）及工作芯片壳体内的温度，再按“-”键，返回常规状态（显示A、B、C、N各相电流值），如不操作，6秒后自动返回常规显示状态。 6.6.3 故障时显示状态当断路器出现故障时，LCD的第四行对应显示故障原因，同时显示延时倒计时时间，经过延时-跳扣后，LCD第四行显示对应故障内容，故障显示分有:过载故障显示：过载+过载电流值短路故障显示：短路+短路电流值超温故障显示：过热+过热温度值缺相故障显示：缺相+缺相状态（见6.6.2）  6.7 查看断路器的设置参数按住“SET”键3秒后进入查看断路器参数模式，进入查看模式后，通过“+”或“-”键可以逐个循环显示断路器的项目参数，如要退出查看模式，按“SET”键即可退出。如下图：  6.8 历史记录查询功能断路器正常工作或故障显示时，按住“+”键3秒后可以进入历史记录查询功能，按“+”键或“-”键可以循环查询最近10次的报警故障记录。查询完毕后按“+”键3秒后退出查询功能，如不操作，12秒后自动返回常规状态。如下图：  6.9 电流、电压保护流程6.9.1 所有相的负载电流小于限载电流值的1.06倍时，可以长时间正常工作。6.9.2 任意相的负载电流大于或等于限载电流值的1.061.2倍时，并且长时间持续有过载电流，断路器会报警脱扣保护，保护过程如下：第一次保护：LCD显示“CO”同时倒计时开始，过载电流在持续1分钟后，进入报警，蜂鸣器“嘀嘀”提示，红灯报警闪烁。如果持续5分钟（包含前1分钟）后，过载电流未解除，即脱扣保护，LCD显示“过载”和过载电流值。如下图： 热记忆功能锁定保护：30分钟内经过三次电流过载，或短路跳脱扣保护和报警后，断路器锁定不能合闸。需要等30分钟热记忆消失后才能合闸，在30分钟内即使电流恢复正常也不能合闸。但可关闭此功能（ON/OFF)，供用户选择是否需要此锁定保护功能。注：这里的三次跳闸脱扣仅指过载和短路发生的跳闸脱扣。6.9.3 任意相的负载电流达到或超过设定限载电流1.2倍时，断路器延时4分钟跳闸（延时1分钟警报，再延时3分钟跳闸保护）6.9.4 任意相的负载电流达到或超过设定限载电流1.3倍时，断路器延时3分钟跳闸（延时1分钟警报，再延时2分钟跳闸保护）6.9.5 任意相的负载电流达到或超过设定限载电流2倍时，断路器延时1.5分钟跳闸（延时1分钟警报，再延时0.5分钟跳闸保护）6.9.6 任意相的负载电流达到或超过设定限载电流3倍时，断路器延时15秒跳闸（注：100壳架为10秒钟）6.9.7 任意相的负载电流达到或超过设定限载电流4倍时，断路器延时13秒跳闸（注：100壳架为9秒钟）6.9.8 任意相的负载电流达到或超过设定限载电流5倍时，断路器延时11秒跳闸（注：100A壳架为8秒钟）6.9.9 任意相的负载电流达到或超过设定限载电流7.2倍时，断路器延时5秒跳闸6.9.10 任意相的负载电流达到或超过设定限载电流10倍时，断路器延时120毫秒跳闸（0.12秒）跳闸脱扣，同时LCD此时显示“短路”故障。6.9.11 在“缺相保护”功能打开有效时，A、B、C、N四相电压的任意相缺相对，并在缺相延时时间内持续，断路器马上报警并且脱扣，LCD同时显示“相缺（LP）”和缺相状况，如下图：  6.10 断路器的跳闸脱扣延时时间表见表106.10.1 过载、短路延时时间在“电流、电压保护流程中”，可以得到短路器的过载、短路故障跳闸脱扣延时时间，如下表10： 6.10.2 超温、缺相延时时间见表11  6.11 掉电显示保护功能6.11.1 当供电失去后，内部电源可记忆断路器最后的状态。6.11.2 当供电失去后，断路器可以通过编程器与断路器连通供电。此时，LCD的第四行显示“掉电运行”，如下图：  6.12 校正6.12.1 校正0电流A/D偏移值，需要通过编程器进行，请参阅编程器使用说明。6.12.2 如果显示电流和实际输入电流差别超过20%，就有可能无法校正，此时必须检查电路，可能已存在故障。  6.13 断路器的正确连线图6.13.1 请根据下图12正确加以连接 6.13.2相反的连接和并列的连接是造成故障的原因。务必注意！  6.14 检查断路器脱扣功能时,可在主电路非运行状态下，按动红色试验按钮(机械脱扣）；或按动“TEST”测试按钮（电子脱扣），即可实现脱扣分断检验。  6.15 使用注意事项6.15.1 断路器的后备短路保护、分励脱扣器、欠压脱扣器等各种特性已由制造厂按产品标准要求调整好，用户在使用中不可随意调整！安装时不允许打开盖子！6.15.2 当断路器保护动作脱扣后，则操作手柄处于中间位置（自由状态），需再合闸时（应查出原因，排除故障后），必须先进行操作机构再扣。将操作手柄向下用力板动，即可使操作机构再扣，从而合闸。6.15.3 断路器合闸运行前，请再一次检查确定连接端子和固定螺钉均无松动现象。暴露的带电部件没有短路或对地短路情况。6.15.4 带有电动操作机构的断路器，在合闸运行前，应检查电操接线端子是否正常连接。电操的外壳上方带有自动/手动活门，并附有操作标记。当活门处与"自动"位置时，控制电源才能接通且进行电动操作。  6.16 本智能型断路器为不可维修型，若有损坏请送制造厂维修。  6.17 维护6.17.1 断路器的维护检查必须由专业技术人员负责，以确保断路器的质量和正常工作。6.17.2 维护完成后，需进行5次断路器的再扣、合、分操作，其中3次用“红色”脱扣按钮，及“TEST”测试按钮操作脱扣。断路器工作应能可靠、正常、声音清脆。6.17.3 电子可调式整定测试值：将1SM1Z专用测试器与断路器上的测试接口连接，检测断路器的各个设定参数。专用测试器显示的参数设定应与断路器面板上调节旋钮指示的值一致。7、定货须知  7.1 用户在订货时，必须将断路器的型号、规格、额定工作电压、电流、（分断能力级别、操作方式、极数、智能脱扣器型式及附件代号、用途代号）及接线方式写清楚；还应注明过载长延时整定电流值Ir1，延时时间t1；短路短延时整定电流值Ir2，延时时间t2；短路瞬时整定电流值Ir3；预报警整定电流值Ir0。若带内、外附件者（分励、欠压、电操等），还须注明控制电路的额定工作电压、频率。例：欲订1SM1Z，额定工作电压400V，额定工作电流400A，标准分断型，转动手柄操作，3极，普通型脱扣器，带欠压脱扣器（交流380V），配电用；Ir1=350A,t1=100s，Ir3=10Ir1；板前接线的智能型塑壳式断路器20台。即：1SM1Z-400Z/3330，Ir1350A，t1=100s，Ir3=10Ir1，欠压（AC380V），板前接线20台。  7.2 如用户在订货时对智能脱扣器保护参数不作要求时，制作厂将按照“智能脱扣器出厂整定值”整定，见表12：8、若智能型塑壳断路器为带通讯接口型的，有关通讯部分的使用，请参阅使用说明书·附录。9、1SM1Z系列智能型塑壳断路器（限载式）可向工厂购置“FST”专用编程器，有关编程器部分的使用，请参阅编程器使用说明书。 【打印此页】【返回】【顶部】
