放线清坡、排危、削方搭设脚手架局部嵌补、整平锚孔定位锚孔施工锚杆入孔、注浆挂网喷砼、养护验收试验2）格构工程 放线定位人工凿基槽施工锚杆、注浆制安钢筋支模浇砼拆模、养护验收3）截、排水工程 放线定位人工开挖沟槽施工槽底、砌筑边墙等接入主管网锚喷支护工程，格构工程和截、排水工程交叉施工，流水作业。贯穿整个工程。2.3.1坡面修整根据地形条件，采用人工配合机械方式完成，最终必须形成有较平整的工作面，以利用后续工序的进行，修整边坡根据设计要求施工。2.3.2脚手架施工脚手架是施工锚杆和喷射混凝土必备条件，脚手架也是自开工至完成工程任务所需的工作平台，因此，脚手架必须安全可靠，有利于提高运输能力和加快工程进度，脚手架施工由安装工完成，其工作顺序为自下而上。脚手架的正确选择和使用，关系到施工安全和施工作业的顺利与否，对施工进度，工程质量和企业效益有直接影响。脚手架搭设应做到：具有稳定的结构和足够的承受力，能保证施工期间在可能出现的规定限值内的使用荷载作用下，不变形、倾斜、不摇晃，同时能满足施工进度的需要，并应考虑多层、交叉和平行作业的需要。1、搭、拆脚手架的技术要求：（1）为确保脚手架搭设质量和施工安全，对进入施工现场的钢架管和扣件必须进行严格的质量检查。凡不满足质量要求的，坚决清退出现场，不再使用。（2）钢架管的材质采用外径4851mm，壁厚33.5mm的无缝钢管。钢管表面应平直光滑，不应有裂缝、结疤、分层、硬弯、毛刺、压痕和深的划边。钢管面层必须涂防锈漆。（3）扣件应采用可锻铸铁制作的扣件，不应有裂纹和变形。（4）钢架管和扣件进入施工现场后，验收人员进行随机抽样检查，发现不合格，加倍取样，直到清理出全部不合格产品。（5） 脚手架搭设应由熟练的架子工进行搭设工作。（6）脚手架搭设前，施工负责人应按照施工方案要求，结合施工现场作业条件和实际情况，做详细交底，并有专人指挥监督其实施。（7）架子地基应平整夯实，不得在未经处理的起伏不平和软硬不一的地面上直接搭设脚手架。（8）采用双排脚手架搭设，立杆间距：1.5m，大横杆：1.4m，里排立杆离坡面约0.5m，小横杆间距：1.5m，宽紧贴坡面。（9）相邻立杆接头错开，对接用一字扣件连接，大横杆接头亦错开，用对接扣件连接，大横杆与立杆用直角扣件连接。（10）脚手板可采用木、竹材料制作，每块质量不宜大于30。木脚手板材质应符合二等材，宽度不宜小于200mm，厚度应不小于50mm，两端应各设置直径为4mm的镀锌钢丝箍两道，有腐朽、扭纹、破裂及孔洞的木板不能使用；竹脚手板宜采用毛竹或楠竹制作的竹串片板、竹笆板，青嫩、枯脆、破裂、虫蛀的竹板不能使用。（11）脚手板的铺设，相邻两脚手板应用铁丝扎牢，与底部钢管牢固连接，宽度应大于50。脚手板要铺平或铺稳，不得有探头板。（12）脚手架搭设完毕，应由施工负责人组织有关人员按照施工方案和规范、标准进行分段逐项检查验收，确认合格可后方可投入使用。（13）脚手架的拆除作业危险性大于搭设作业。一定要按先搭后拆，后搭先拆的原则逐步、逐层、逐件地拆除，并及时将拆下的材料吊运到地面。应尽量避免单人作业，禁止乱拆乱卸。（14）加强对架设工具材料的统一管理，及时进行维修保养，剔除不合格品。2、搭、拆脚手架的安全要求：（1）架管运至现场，须派专人负责看管。（2）搭建、拆除脚手架，周围要设禁区，并有安全人员或专人监护搭建，拆除过程，严禁从高处向下抛投物件。（3）有高血压、心脏病、癫痫病、晕高或视力低等不适应高处作业人员，均不得从事高处作业。（4）架子工作业时，必须佩戴安全帽，系好安全带，穿防滑胶鞋，工具放入背挂的工具袋内，不能在脚手架上传递、抛掷物件。（5）遇大风、雨、雪冰冻天气原则上不进行脚手架的搭设与拆除。（6）经过脚手架的电缆线必须严格检查，以防破皮漏电。（7）脚手架上施工处、通道等附近必须设置安全网、安全绳，木板不得漏铺。（8）应设置明显安全标识。2.3.3锚杆施工锚杆施工：锚杆施工是本工程主体工程之一，参与锚杆施工的主要有：钻工、钢筋工和辅助施工人员，可同时开动多台风动潜孔钻机，连续作业，并由钢筋工完成锚杆的制作和安装，挂网的钢筋需与锚杆进行焊接，使锚杆与钢筋网形成整体，提高边坡的稳定性。1、钻孔工艺流程施工准备测定孔位搭设平台钻机就位钻孔锚杆制安注浆2、锚孔定位及编号严格按照设计图纸要求定孔位，采用经纬仪与水平仪结合使用的方法进行锚孔测放定位。标定孔位，标明孔号，并校正。锚孔编号为：MKx-y其中MK锚孔，x排号，y列号；3、钻机安装就位为保证锚孔质量，使锚孔在施工过程中及成孔后其轴线的倾角、方位角符合设计及规范要求，必须保证钻机就位的准确性。调整钻机立轴轴线和边坡岩面的接触点的高程与标定孔位一致；调整钻孔轴线，使其与锚孔设计中心轴线的倾角及方位角（模向垂直坡面线）保持一致；由技术人员测校开孔轴线，使其与锚孔中心轴线一致，然后才能开孔。4、钻孔1)造孔主要设备、机具设备： xz30型工程锚固钻机，CVFY-13/7型柴油空气压缩机。机具：91钻头，42钻杆，CIR90冲击器。2)钻进工艺钻进工艺：在本工程采用工程锚固钻机气动潜孔锤冲击钻进。钻进压力：开孔时，低压力冲击，平稳缓缓推进即可。3)钻孔参数孔径91mm，孔深、钻孔间距按设计要求，平面2500mm×3000mm布置。5、记录根据钻进情况和吹出的岩粉作好详细的施工记录，主要内容包括：钻进速度、岩性、岩体完整性，地下水、裂隙、岩粉颜色、颗粒大小、数量、孔深、事故情况等。要求记录清晰、完整、准确、及时、可靠。6、锚杆制安1）下料：锚杆截断使用砂轮切割机。锚杆长度、焊接应符合施工图设计规定和规范要求。2）杆体应平直，除锈、除油；7、注浆1)制浆a设备：采用UBJ-1.8G1注浆泵和砂浆搅拌机。b浆材：锚孔注浆采用M25水泥砂浆。注浆用普通硅酸盐水泥，水灰比应符合图纸要求，浆体强度不宜低于25Mpa。随拌随用，一次拌和的水泥砂浆应在初凝前用完。2)灌浆 锚杆安装完毕，应进行注浆，严格按设计要求施工。注浆通过用UBJ-1.8G1注浆泵灌注，注浆采用反向施工工艺，即通过将浆液压至孔底，再由孔底向外返，浆液溢出孔口后停止注浆。保证锚孔砂浆饱满。注浆完毕后，在浆体强度达到设计要求之前，不得受扰动。8、质量检查1) M25水泥砂浆应现场见证取样,养护28d送检。2.3.4喷射混凝土工程1材料1)水泥在本工程中所用的水泥采用普通硅酸盐水泥，应符合GBJ175-99普通硅酸盐水泥中各项规定。每批水泥进场前，应先将厂家的质量证明文件提交给业主和监理检验，并按规定复检，合格后方可投入生产。水泥进场后堆放整齐，防止雨淋，保持干燥，通风良好，以防止水泥变质。2) 骨料骨料采用510卵石和中砂。骨料应按规定进行验收，其强度、级配、坚固性、吸水量、有害物质含量及含泥量进行复检，符合要求后用于生产。骨料在运输、装卸堆入过程中应防止其它杂质混入。每种粗骨与细骨料应根据规格尺寸分别堆放，地表作硬化处理每堆骨料四周都应进行排水。在每批砼搅拌配料并搅拌时，根据其含水量调整施工配合比。必要时需在现场实施补充加工措施，有效地清洗骨料，以保证骨料完全符合规范要求。骨料加工和清洗所用的方法要得到业主的批准。3)钢筋使用合格产品,进场后见证取样送检。4)砼拌合用水采用自来水。2.
