The control system was mainly an electrical control system2.1 Machine-driving systemTwo systems made up of the machine

    20、 driving system, the rotary motion system in winding process and the index system, being used after the winding of one component. Its two units were a belt pulley drive and gear drive The rotary motion of chief axis electric machine drove the belt pulley on middle-axis and the gear moved at the same

And the slowing driving chain makes the outside wheel of the planet driving gear move, but the gear of middle axis was blocked still by the pneumatic mechanism. Thus the gear on the reel and

    24、 the gears on the standby axis revolve, so that the up-and-down index between the reel and standby axis was finished2.2 Electric control systemThe old electric control system was made up of the special control engine produced by GE cooperation and speed governor, The composition of the system was re

Through the test of button signal of operating board, sensor signal of various photo- electricity and the pulsed signal of reel optical-code disk, the special control engine could control the winding process the whole winding machine such as the automatically feeding the mater

    26、ial, beginning, regularly winding membrane: perforating aluminum foil, cutting off the foil, stopping winding, indexing, loading off the winded unit The control engine was no longer produced since it was just for the products of GE in 1980s.So it was hard to repair when the hardware was destroyed, W

    27、hats more, the special software of GB, BASIC program composition was not in common use any more and it had the following short comings:1. Hard to understand2. One-track controlling program3. Failing to be preserved, necessary to reinput the program each time you open,4. Additional battery needed to

Rebuilt Control System3.1 Rebuilt planThe function of old machine and pneumatic system was proved to be good. The rebuilt focused on electric control system. The composition was showed

    29、 in Figure 4.The master-slave control system was composed of PC and PLC system3.2 Control principleThe input and amendment of production data was finished by a PC screen.The PLC system was the core of this control system, being responsible for the whole control, including CPLT module, high-speed cou

    30、nter module, A/D module, D/A module and communicating module, The whole process included analog quantity ring-closure control and sequential control of switching quantity3.2.1 Analog quantity ring-closure controlThe ring-closure control included feeding back control of speed analog quantity and wind

    31、ing ring number analog quantity. As it was showed in Figure5,It consisted of PC,PLC system(PLC,A/D, DA, counter, etc )alternating servo system, alternating current machine and corresponding reducing gear. Through the communication between communicating module and PC, the data was input into internal

    32、 storage of PLC or read by PLC. By the fixed reading speed of A/D module, and connection between D/A module and I/O end controlling the alternating servo system, the initiate and thermal and speed adjustment of the chief axis electric machine was controlled. The speed and circle number of capacitor

    33、were controlled by the slaving of the belt wheel and gear.3.2.2 switch order controlAccording to the ordered program and set parameters, and also according to the regulated man-made process, controlling device, through identifying the opera disk and the symbol of light and electricity sensor, contro

Software System4.1 Personal computer softwarePC program was programmed by VC+6.It mainly included background monitor program and communicator4.1.1 Bac

    35、kground monitor programBackground monitor program consisted of product parameter settinga winding procedure parameters setting and winding machine remotely controlling.Component parameter setting interface just like M-6, there could add, modify and save component parameters in this interface Winding

    36、 procedure parameters settings interface, it mainly showed component number, scroll speed, the number of now-working component and total component number, and there added an button for downloading component parameters The remotely control command send from PC could be replaced by manual operation, p

    37、ushing button on operating panel, it was very convenient to operate.4.1.2 communicatorIf PC and PLC communicated with each other, they must content the condition under lies: 1PLG which had the asynchronous communication interface could communicate with PC which had asynchronous communication adapter

    38、 and it required they must take the same bus standard. Communication could be controlled by FXZN-232-BD module outside between PC and PLC; through KS-2320 half port 2. Their initialization made their baud rate, stop number of bits, parity code in the same 3. It should be very strict to program PC c

    41、organize to answer automatly after scanning the END statement in stop bit of each circulate, it neednt to write the program in PLC In order to pledge the integrity of component parameters, PLC must read the new component parameters after PC haying sent all the component parameters, then produced com

    42、ponent in this parameters. So, we defined communication handshaking protocol, which depended on two data registers, D592 and D594, in PLC. If D592 was installed by PC: When D592 =0, it mean PC was sending date to PLC; when D592=1, it mean PC had sent all the date, then PLC could peek. If D529 was in

    43、stalled by PLC; when D594=0, it mean PLC was reading the dates; WHEN d594=1, It mean PLC had finished peeking the dates, then PC could send dates.4.2 PLC softwarePLC was the core hardware of the whole controlling system and PLC was also the key of the whole controlling system software, winding site

    44、was finished mainly by PLC soft command. Main program running process just like Figure 7 shows.5. ConclusionsRebuilt equipment ran very dependably, and it was operated very conveniently, compared with the original soft therere some advantages:1 .Program was made into the form of installation softwar

    45、e, which could be installed directly.2. Soft interface was graphic interface, it was easy to operate.3. Program had log-in the system, it neednt to feed-in the program again when turn on the equipment.4. It neednt to add the outside battery to keep the present produced component parameters and worki

    46、ng date in FLASH RAM. (kept without electric) of PLC, it was very convenient.5. The component feed-in each time could be sewed as date-base, it could be easily called in without put in once more next time.It only totally cost under 5% of the equipment, which had real significance, the rate of put in
