In case no settlement can be reached within 21 days through negotiation, the case shall be submitted to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the
8、 Promotional International Trade, for arbitration, in accordance with its provision rule of procedure. The arbitral award shall be accepted as final and binding upon both parties.
