“鱼凫新居”施工总承包工程临时用水电专项施工方案四川竞辉建工有限公司鱼凫新居施工总承包工程地下室及1号楼临时用电安全施工方案审批表工程名称“鱼凫新居”施工总承包工程1号楼建设单位建管单位监理单位施工单位建设单位审批人： 年 月 日建管单位审批人： 年 月 日监理单位审批人：年 月 日施工单位：项目经理： 编制人： 年 月 日“鱼凫新居”施工总承包工程1号楼临时用电安全施工方案批准人总(副)工程师批准时间项目经理项目技术负责审 核 人编 写 人编 号“鱼凫新居”施工总承包工程地下室及1号楼施工现场临时用水电施工方案一、设计依据 本设计依据主要包括 以下规范及资料 1、建设工程施工现场供用电安全规范GB50194-93； 2、施工现场临时用电安全技术规范JGJ46-2005； 3、建筑施工工程师手册（第二版）； 4、施工总平图及各种用电设备，施工工地环境重要条件及用电设备合适安装的位置。 5、施工图纸及甲方现场施工用能管理规定。 6、施工现场的特点：负荷变化大，环境重要条件差，用电设施多属临时设备，且移动频繁。 7、保证施工现场的安全和工程质量，同时节约电能，降低工程造价。 8、施工总平面图及各种用电设备，施工工地环境条件及用电设备合适安装的位置。二、工程概况本工程为”鱼凫新居”施工总承包工程地下室及1号楼，位于成都市温江区泰康路与成温邛高速辅道交汇处，该工程的范围包括地下室、主体、装饰工程、水电安装工程等四个阶段布置。由地下室友1号楼组成，建筑面积约3.5万。三、 临时用电设计1、本工程临时施工用电是由建设单位提供380/220总电源，总电源采用铠装铝芯电缆（4×240+1×150）直埋引入1号楼工地临时总配电室总柜，再由总配电室总柜分至各分配电箱以，分五个回路至各用电区，整个供电系统按照有关规范和标准对施工用电要求，现场实行三相五线制，保证施工用电安全。2、根据国家强制性作业标准（JGJ59-99）建筑施工安全检查标准和成都市的有关规定，工程临时施工用电必须实行三级配电，二级保护。本工程临时施工用电由总配电箱，分配电箱，用电设备开关箱三级配电组成，并由分配电箱和开关箱实现两级保护，形成三级配电，二级保护系统。各级配电箱的安装和做法均符合施工临时用电安全技术规范JGJ46-2005要求。四、 总用电量计算1、根据本工程施工组织设计，用电设备及用电量统计如下：施工现场用电负荷统计鱼凫路社区（新居）工程标段施工用电功率统计表设备名称数量功率（kw）合计备注塔机3台40120施工电梯台4040混泥土输送泵3台90270对焊机1台100(KVA)100(KVA)弯曲机4台416断筋机2台48砼振动器8台324砼振动器（平板）2台36木工圆盘锯2台2.24.4钢筋竖焊机2台45(KVA)90(KVA)木工平刨机2台2.85.6砼搅拌机2台7.515空压机11.51.5交流电焊机2台23(KVA)46(KVA)钢筋调直机1台33办工、生活区照明50加压水泵10施工现场照明40打夯机2台36切割机2台0.81.6 合计:电动机额定功率：531.1（KW） 电焊机额定容量:236（KVA） 照明容量：90(KW) 实际合计总容量：857.1(KVA)2、电力计算：总用电量计算公式：P=1.05(K1×P1/COS+K2P2+K3P3) P供电设备总需需容量（KVA） P1电动机额定功率（KW） P2电焊机额定容量（KVA） P3照明容量（KW） Cos平均功率因数0.75 需要系数：K1=0.6 K2=0.6 K3=1 根据本工程机械设备的配备（详见统计表）计算得出 P1=590.9KW P2=473KVA P3=105.5KW P=1.05×(0.6×531.1/0.75+0.6×236+90×1)=656.5KVA 请甲方提供相应的安全电源，以满足施工需要。3、动力、照明线路采用三相五线制配线，其截面选择根据BLV持续允许电流表确定，电流量计算按下列公式计算： I线1=KP/（1.732U线COS） I：电流值 P：用电设备总需容量 U线：电压 COS：功率因素一般取0.75,照明取0.7 K:所需系数0.6 根据回路计算 I线1=(0.6×656.5×1000)/(1.732×380×0.75)=798(A)施工现场临时用电需合理安排，错开用电高峰期，以确保用电安全。 主线线路选择截面为4×240+1×150铠装铝芯电缆从变电房沿地直埋至1号楼施工配电房，再从1号施工配电房分流至钢筋房、木工房、塔吊、混凝土输送泵以及生活区、办公区照明等共分五个主回路用电区。五个主回路分别为：第一回路（P1）315KW 由1号配电室用BLV4×150+1×95铝芯电缆穿引至1号塔及施工电梯二级配电箱。第二回路（P2）200 KW由配电室用4×120+1×70铝芯导线穿DN100套管引至钢筋房二级配电箱。第三回路（P3）90KW 由配电室用4×50+1×25铜芯电缆接入砼输送泵控制箱。第四回路（P4）100KW 由配电室用4×70+1×35铝芯电缆穿DN80套管引至2#、3#塔机配电箱。第五回路（P5）50KW 由配电室用4×50+1×25铝芯导线穿DN50套管引至办公区、生活区总配电箱，再由总配电箱引至各分区。五、临时用电安全技术及防火措施。（1）安装、维护或拆除临时用电设施必须由电工完成，电工等级应与工程技术难易度相适应。（2）电气工作人员必备下列条件：a、经医师鉴定无妨碍工作的病症；b、具备必要电器知识，并经考试合格，熟悉电力安全操作规程；c、学会紧急救护法：触电急救法和人工呼吸法。（3）在停电或部分停电的电气设备工作必须完成下列措施：停电、验电、可装设接地线、悬挂标示盘和装设遮栏，上述措施由值班人员执行。对于无经常值班人员的电气设备由断开电源的人执行，并有监护人在场。（4）接地线必须使用专用的线，固定在导体上，严禁用缠绕的方式进行接地。（5）在一经合闸即可送电到工作地点的开关和刀闸的操作把手上应悬挂“禁止合闸，线路有人工作”的标示牌。（6）严禁在工作中移动或拆除遮栏、接地线和标示牌。（7）低压带电工作应设专人监护，并使用绝缘工具执行，安全操作规程规定人体不得同时接触两根线头。（8）电气设备灭火措施:首先将有关设备的电气切断，然后进行救火。对带电设备应使用干式灭火器、氧化碳灭火器或四氧化碳灭火器等灭火，不得使用泡沫灭火器灭火，对用油设备应使用泡沫灭火器或干燥砂子灭火。（9）触电急救:首先切断电源，使触电者与电源脱离接触，若触电者已停止呼吸，应立即对触电者进行人工呼吸并立即请医院医生急救，在进行人工呼吸必须使触电者恢复到自然呼吸为止，除确诊死亡外，中途不得停顿。（10）建立临时用电安全技术档案。a、临时用电施工组织设计资料；b、修改临时用电施工组织设计资料；c、临时用电安全、技术交底；d、临时用电工程检查验收表；e、接地电阻测定记录表；f、定期检（复）查表；g、电工维修工作记录；h、实行施工负载（电流、有功、无功负载或电度）记录。六、施工现场供电设施的安装和维护（1）施工现场配电线路的布置应符合以下要求：a安全供电应符合配线工程的规范和技术要求；b线路应尽量架设在道路一侧，不得妨碍交通。（2）施工现场所有用电设备，除有保护接零外，还必须在设备支线的首端设置漏电保护装置。（3）根据现场情况，穿过施工道路的线路采用BLV铝芯塑料线穿DN100钢管明敷。配管时，首先检查钢管有无毛刺，裂缝，不符合标准的不能使用。（4）架空线路敷设：a线路、器材除要求取得质量合格证外，施工前进行外观检查，木质电杆、导线、绝缘等应符合规范要求，不得有缺陷。b电杆的埋设必须根据施工平面布置图，进行测量放线工作，施工测量结束后，进行杆坑的挖掘，按施工规范进行埋设；c导线架设必须按规范施工，跨越物与导线的距离必须符合安全用电的最小安全距离；d导线敷设采用三相五线制，A、B、C三相相线、工作零线、保护零线应分色。（5）瓷夹、瓷柱在安装前应检查其外观质量，发现破裂者不得使用，配线时瓷柱、瓷夹板应固定牢。（6）用电设备的安装，安装前应开箱检查，发现问题应即时处理，电动机的金属外壳应可靠接零或接地。（7）在地下室和楼层每层设置配电箱1个，照明线路的敷设应符合临时照明规范。由专业人员进行操作、维护、管理。（8）绝缘测试，通电试验。a导线绝缘测试先干线后支线，按各回路测试并做好记录，电阻值不小于0.5兆欧为合格。b通电试验：每个开关动作灵敏并做好用电设备启动试验记录。（9）临时用电设备，电气设备的维修必须注意，在保证安全的情况下进行维修，应定期对电气设备进行检查和维修，并作好维修记录。（10）各楼层电力干线采用BLV4×70+1×50穿DN80套管引上，操作时应符合规范要求。 以上临时用电设计图附后。临时用水方案一、水源从业主提供的给水点直接接表。二、供水方式由于该工程最高处78米，城市自来水管网水压不能够达到则采取水泵加压输送。三、待主体完工后，屋顶水箱安装就位后，此时供水方式为水泵加压供水到水箱，再由水箱供水的方式。四、水用量计算：本工程砼采用输送泵输送，生产用水主要是砼的养护和装饰阶段的砂浆拌制，用水量较大，根据现场实际情况，查施工用水参考定额，由总工程量进度安排计算如下：（1）施工现场生产用水量:用水量250L/S。根据计算公式(其中K1=1.1,K2=1.5)：Q1=K1K2SQ1N1/(8´3600)=1.1´1.5´60´250´3/(8´3600)=2.57(L/S)（2）施工现场生活用水量：施工现场每天高峰人数为350人，其用水量每人每天20L。Q2=P1N2K3/（8´3600）=350´20´1.3/（8´3600）=0.32（L/S）（3）消防用水量：按规定Q3=10（L/S）（4）施工总用水量:由于Q1+Q2Q3，故Q=10(L/S)（5）管径计算：场外水源点至场内施工区干线的管径：D=0.08（m）V：流速取2.0升/秒。故甲方应提供的一根DN80供水管才可满足施工需要，并根据施工总平布置，把水头引至各用水点。生活区干线管径：D=Ö（4Q2/pV1000）=0.010(m)生活用水管径采用DN50(mm)。（6）供水支管：生产用水每层接出DN25支管，设2个截止阀，再设2个D15水嘴。（7）水泵：根据主体高度选用100S40A型，离心型水泵一台，扬程H=80m，电机功率N=11KW。 4×185+1×70P1 BLV-4×120+1×70(电缆)P2 BLV4×95+1×50P3 BV4×35+1×16（电缆）P4 4×70+1×35（电缆）P5 4×35+1×16临电系统图400A250A160A160A63A600A315A1号塔机钢筋房砼泵塔机照明122（英文版 ） easily blame, to prevent the broken window effect.
