.中铁十七局集团有限公司1、总则1.1.编制依据(1)新建铁路织金至毕节线施工图织毕施隧-09及织毕隧工通0106、织毕隧工通01-28、29、贰隧(12)0078-2728、贰隧(12)0079-1920、39(表二)、贰隧(12)4002、贰隧(12)4002-8、10、13、24、贰隧(12)4001。(2)业主关于织毕线线下工程工期安排要求。(3)中华人民共和国主席令中华人民共和国安全生产法(第70号)。(4)中华人民共和国国家标准爆破安全规程(GB6722-2003)。(5)国务院令建筑工程安全生产管理条例(第393号)。(6)铁道部铁路隧道施工技术指南(TZ1204-2008)。(7)铁道部铁路隧道工程施工安全技术规程(TB10304-2009)。(8)当地气候环境及现场踏勘资料。(9)铁路工程施工组织设计指南铁建设2009(226号)。(10)已审批的中铁十七局集团新建织金至毕节铁路站前工程1标实施性施工组织设计。(11)我单位综合管理、施工技术和机械装备水平以及类似工程施工中的经验和工法成果。(12)其他相关规范。1.2.编制原则(1)遵守招标文件中的安全、质量、工期、环保、文明施工等的规定及铁路建设工程施工合同条件、合同协议条款及补充协议内容。满足建设工期和工程质量标准,符合施工安全、环境保护、水土保持和地质灾害防治等要求。(2)积极与建设、设计、监理及其它单位、部门联系,搞好协调配合工作;理顺进度与质量、进度与安全之间的关系,使三者协调统一。(3)遵循“百年大计、质量第一”的原则,建立完善的质量保证体系,严格按照设计资料和国家、铁道部现行的技术规范要求施工,以优良的工程质量和优质的服务满足全线创优规划的要求。(4)建立完善的安全保证体系,推行安全标准工地建设,确保施工全过程的安全。(5)投入足够的技术装备和人员,采用机械化施工,科学安排施工工序,合理安排劳力、材料和机械设备,优化资源配置,确保工期要求。(6)实行文明施工,重视环境保护,珍惜土地,合理利用,严格执行职业健康安全管理体系。严格遵循有关环保和水保法规,及建设单位对本工程环境保护、节能的要求,配合当地政府和有关部门做好环保和水保工作。(7)以标准化管理为基础,现代化科技为手段,合理组织,抓住施工关键工序,超前安排,确保标段工期及总工期的实现。1.3.编制范围新建铁路织金至毕节线站前一标石昌坡隧道,里程DK338+136-DK339+463,全长1327m。2、工程概况2.1.工程概况及地质特征2.1.1.工程概况(1)石昌坡隧道全长1327m,进口里程DK338+136,出口里程DK339+463,单隧道,设计为-11.2的单面坡,全隧除DK338+136-DK338+438.81段位于半径R=2000m的左偏曲线上,DK339+103.12-DK339+463段位于半径R=2500m的右偏曲线外,其他地段均位于直线段上。(2)石昌坡隧道进口与三岔沟2#中桥相邻,出口与小桥沟大桥相连。线路左侧有大方-法启码头的公路与线路平行通过,线路左侧分布大方电场,交通方便。该隧最大埋深约100m。(3)隧道主要工程地质为茅口组(P1m)灰岩,局部夹强风化硅质页岩、泥岩。不良地质为岩溶、危岩落石、顺层偏压。2.1.2.地形地貌石昌坡隧道进口位于三岔沟右侧,距大方电厂水泵站约300m,向南至小桥沟边出洞,进出口为深切的冲沟,地形陡峭,属云贵高原地中山溶蚀,剥蚀地貌,地面高程1264-1366m,相对高差约100m。总体地形左高右低,区内地表基岩大面积出露。线路左侧有大方至法启码头的公路与线路近平行通过,线路左侧分部大方电厂,交通较方便。隧道起讫里程:DK338+136-DK339+463,全长1327m。2.1.3.地层岩性上覆第四系破残积(Q4dl+el)黏土,二叠系下统茅口组(P1m)灰岩,各层岩土特性分层如下:<6-7>黏土(Q4dl+el):褐黄-浅黄色,硬塑状,含约少量灰岩质碎石角砾,主要分部与区内可溶岩斜坡地表,具弱膨胀性,厚0-2m,属级普通土。<19>灰岩(P1m),浅灰-灰色,局部夹强风化硅质页岩、泥岩,厚层-块状结构,岩体较完整,质坚性脆,岩溶中等发育,隧道出口端右侧陡崖上见一溶洞,节理裂隙发育,属于级次坚石。2.1.4.地质构造及地动参数根据中华人民共和国国家标准(GB18306-2001)分布的中国地震动峰值加速区划图(1/400万)和中国地震动反应谱特征周期区划图(1/400万)划定,隧道内地震动峰值加速度0.05g,地震动反应谱特征周期为0.35s。2.1.5.水文地质特征(1)地表水隧区内地形左高右低,隧道出口为深切的冲沟,有常年流水,水量随季节变化,变化量较大,以上游来水补给,经取冲沟水化验。水质类型见下表:试验编号里程水类别水质类型侵蚀性判别2011-织毕水G-49DK337+960左20m沟水SO42-,-Ca2+型水具SO42-侵蚀,等级H22011-织毕水G-48DK339+550左224m沟水SO42-,-Ca2+,Mg2+型水具SO42-侵蚀,等级H1(2)地下水地下水主要为岩溶裂隙水,主要赋存于灰岩的溶孔,溶蚀裂隙中,通过洼地、竖井、落水洞、溶洞汇集大气降水的补给,以岩溶下降泉。暗河的形式排泄于线路的对江河,区内未发现有地下水露头,地下水埋藏较深,属于中等富水岩组,地下水水向线路右侧的白布江排泄。据附近水质化验报告,对砼具有侵蚀性。试验编号里程水类别水质类型侵蚀性判别2011-织毕水G-50DK337+960左106m裂隙水HCO3-,SO42-,-Ca2+型水无侵蚀性隧道涌水量预测本隧道岩性单一,岩溶中等发育,为岩溶隧道,隧道位于岩溶垂直循环带内,地下水埋藏深,洞身钻孔中未发现地下水位,适合用大气降水入渗法(洼地法)来计算隧道涌水量。本隧道一般涌水量为9000m3/d,雨季最大涌水量为18000m3/d。2.1.6.工程地质条件评价(1)不良地质岩溶隧道穿越茅口组灰岩,岩溶中等发育。测区地表水调查时地表溶洞、溶蚀洼地等严重形态较少,仅在隧道出口(DK339+440右50m)陡崖上发育一溶洞。隧道施工中可能遇到隐伏的岩溶形态,雨季施工时可能揭穿某溶洞和岩溶管道时发生涌水、突水突泥等地质灾害。线路右侧直接距离300-500m为对江河,其为深切的:“V”字型峡谷地貌,河底标高大致为1140m。其为测区内的岩溶最终侵蚀基准面。路线标高在1280.隧道进出口为深切的沟谷,进出口及洞身沟槽中未见泉点出露。综合分析,推测隧道洞身位于岩溶垂直循环带中。隧道开挖揭示有长流水的隐伏岩溶形态(如暗河)的可能性小。但在雨季施工时,地表水大气降水沿着溶洞、落水洞、溶蚀洼地等岩溶形态以几块的速度下渗,雨季施工是易发生短时、间歇性的涌水、突泥等地质灾害。危石落石隧道出口段地形陡峻,植被较发育,斜坡上基岩多裸露,岩石节理裂隙较发育,岩体较破碎,块径1-3m不等。顺层偏压隧道进出口及洞身,岩性为硬质灰岩,岩层产状N5W/11NE、N5E/22NW,线路与岩层走向交角5-15,视倾角为11-22,倾向线路右侧,线路穿过的底层为二叠系下统茅口朱忠厚层状灰岩,线路左侧围倾向偏压。(2)特殊岩土无特殊地质。2.2.工程建设条件2.2.1.交通条件线路左侧有大方至法启码头的公路与线路近平行通过,线路左侧分部大方电厂,交通较方便。进口及出口位置为深切的冲沟,地形陡峻,交通不便。2.2.2.施工用电在隧道进口设一台800KVA变压器供洞外设备及洞内800m范围内的施工、照明用电。在800m以后采用10KV高压进洞,并在隧道进口、出口工作面安装一台500KVA移动变压器供洞内施工用电。各个作业面配备2台250kw发电机以备停电时使用。2.2.3.通讯条件隧道进口移动通讯信号较好,可满足现场施工通讯条件。同时为各施工班组领班员配备发射距离10km对讲机一台,作为备用无线通讯设备。有线通讯采用洞内每300m安装固定电话一台,洞外设总机一台,配备专业调度员一名,专门负责洞内外信息沟通。2.2.4.施工用水隧道施工用水采用高增压泵供水。在隧道洞口附近河道内取水;管路埋设在冻结线以下,高扬程水泵抽水至洞口高山水池,隧道进口设一座120m3水池,再用100钢管从高山水池引入洞内,供洞内高压用水。2.2.5.主要材料供应情况根据实际调查,主要采用大方县境内地材。水泥、钢材主要从外地依靠汽车运至工地。2.2.6.施工场地本隧道按照“满足生产、方便施工、因地制宜、统筹规划、布局合理、便于管理”的原则,分别在隧道进口洞口建设营地,建配电房、水泥库、设备修理场、配件库、锻钎房、油料库、钢材加工场等生产用房及仓库、空压机站高压供风,洞门外1520m处修建风机底座,安设轴流风机。生活用房以就近租赁房屋为主,新建彩钢房为辅。施工生活用水从当地百姓生活水井取水,生产用水自周边就地取水。在洞口山腰合适部位设高山水池,铺设上、下水管路供应高压水和各施工点用水。交通条件良好,修筑通往弃渣场的施工便道。隧道的初期支护、水沟、电缆槽槽身及盖板预制等附属工程混凝土及二次衬砌用混凝土统一由最近大型拌合站集中供应。3、排水方案3.1. 隧道反坡排水的特点反坡施工即向洞内施工前进方向为下坡,洞内水向工作面汇集,需要及时抽排,以防止施工掌子面水积聚过深,影响隧道围岩的稳定和危及隧道施工的机械设备及施工人员的安全,影响正常的施工生产。3.2. 总体方案反坡排水,需采用机械排水,设置多级泵站接力排水,工作面积水采用移动式潜水泵抽至就近泵站或临时集水坑内,其余已施工地段隧道渗(涌)水经隧道内侧沟自然汇集到临时集水坑内或泵站水池内,由固定排水泵站将积水经排水管路抽排至上一级排水泵站内,如此由固定式排水泵站接力将洞内积水抽排至洞外,经污水处理池处理后排放,固定式排水泵站水仓容量按5min涌水量设计,并考虑施工和清淤方便,综合确定如下;临时集水坑根据汇水段汇水量大小确定。工作水泵按使用1台,备用5台,检修1台配备,针对隧道涌水量大时要适当增加工作水泵;同时为防止突水,设置利用高压风管作为1套应急排水系统。3.3 .主要的排水系统方式洞内反坡排水方式,根据坡度、水量和设备情况布置管路和排水泵站,一次或分段接力排出洞外。根据本隧道的实际情况,拟在施工中采用的反坡排水系统布置方式有两种:3.3.1. 集水坑接力式反坡排水对坡度较大隧道施工对排水电机扬程要求相对较高,所以采用集水坑反坡道排水方式,在隧道施工过程中分段开挖反坡排水沟,在每一段的终点开挖集水坑,设抽水机一台,把积水抽至最后一段反坡,最后一个抽水机将积水排除洞外,采用接力的方式将水抽至洞外的污水沉淀处理池。如下图: LK-集水坑间距 is-线路坡度 图(一):集水坑接力式反坡排水方式3.3.2. 长距离管道配合小集水泵收集式反坡排水对坡度较缓的隧道反坡道施工排水,适合采用较长距离开挖固定式集水坑作为泵站,用小集水泵将开挖面的积水抽到最近的集水坑内,再用大功率的泥浆泵通过排水管道将水排到洞外。如下图: 洞内平面布置示意图图(二):长距离采用的反坡排水方式这种方式的优点是所需抽水机较少,需要开挖的集水坑较少,排水泵站较少,缺点是要安装水管较长,抽水机需要跟随坑道的掘进二次拆迁前移。4、本工程拟采用的主要排水方案石昌坡隧道坡度较缓,采用长距离管道配合小集水泵收集反坡排水,考虑隧道反坡施工较长以及水泵扬程等因素, 隧道拟设置固定式排水泵站3座,每420米设置一座,分别设置在DK338+476,DK338+896,DK339+316处右侧避车洞处。实际施工时如遇到涌水量较大时可根据具体情况加密,泵站之间采用150mm排水管长距离输送,前方施工掌子面积水采用临时集水坑来收集积水,小集水泵用80mm消防软管将积水收集并输送至最近的较大的集水泵站内,对两个固定式排水泵站之间积水采用洞内两侧设排水沟加横沟自然汇集至高程较低的集水泵站内,由最后一级排水泵站传递至洞外污水处理池。5、设备选型配套5.1.抽水设备型号选型原则隧道排水主要为隧道渗水,同时需考虑到施工用水。水质除地下水的本身成分外,主要还有岩石、石屑、泥浆,同时还有喷射混凝土的回弹物掺杂物,所以除考虑到需排出的水量外,还应考虑到排水的成分组成。洞内水量是逐段递增,在各级泵站的水泵选型上,应按照排水能力递增原则自下而上递增选配。各级泵站排水能力应充分配备,并有一定的储备能力。隧道施工后通过对洞内水的成分组成分析,其主要水质除地下水的本身成分外,主要还有岩石、石屑、泥浆等成分,泥浆泵考虑选用山东淄博博山润神渣浆泵公司生产的高效耐磨渣浆泵,扬程30m,流量80m3/h,功率22Kw。隧道内泵站间水量递增较大,为了考虑到在管理、操作维修上的方便,泵站间高差相近,选用型号相同水泵,只是在设备数量上相应增加。工作面移动水泵,采用移动轻便的水泵,实际操作根据水量大小在数量上予以增减。5.2.需要配用的设备及位置表石昌坡隧道左幅设置泵站位置及选用设备一览表施工工区涌水量泵站位置水泵型号水泵数量备用数量抽水能力石昌坡隧道18000立方米/天DK338+476GMZ100-30-801580m3/hDK338+896GMZ100-30-801580m3/hDK339+316GMZ100-30-801580m3/h6、排水系统6.1.管路根据洞内水量情况,结合选配的抽水设备,正常施工排水采用3套管路(可根据隧道施工后洞内涌水情况增加管路):2套为150mm管材均为无缝钢管(一套检修备用,一套日常使用);1套为80mm消防软管(工作面上移动积水)。6.2.集水坑设置集水坑设于洞内右侧,每隔420m设置1处,同时根据隧道内出水量情况予以适当加密。临时集水坑的容量按该段5min的汇水量加上施工用水量(每工作面20-30m3/d)合计确定,一般集水坑尺寸为:2m(长)*3m(宽)*1m(深),容量6m3,可根据实际情况进行调整大小。6.3.固定泵站设置固定泵站为整个施工过程结束前所使用的接力排水水仓位置,其具体位置详见上面,泵站水仓容量计算按该段5min的汇水量加上施工用水合计确定,其结构尺寸为3m(长)*3m(宽)*1m(深),容量9m3,可根据隧道开挖后的实际情况进行调整,泵站统一设置在洞内左侧。6.4.排水供电为确保洞内排水正常进行,不因电路问题导致抽排工作的间断,设置一条专用供电线路。由于水泵功率较大,新用电源电压为380V,所以泵站用电引入380V稳定电源。6.5.其他工作面排水采用移动式水泵,管路为80mm消防软管,抽排至就近泵站或临时集水坑内。为确保洞内道路无水干爽,必须修建好两侧排水沟,确保洞内渗水通过侧沟引入集水坑内,防止在洞内道路上漫流。7、反坡隧道排水灵活处理的要点在隧道单侧或双侧设置的排水沟,排水沟的大小要依据隧道的坡度和涌水量的大小确定。抽水设备要依据隧道洞内涌水量的大小及集水坑汇水的情况而定,同时水泵的扬程要参考隧道的坡度和起始点的高差,要尽量做到有一定的富余量。8、在洞外增加防水、防汛及防山洪措施在隧道进口处做好排水措施,做到排水畅通,并在洞口增加截水横沟,防止地表水和施工排水倒灌进洞,根据洞口水量情况可适当加大横沟断面,并在沟顶加盖铁板,做到排水和行车互不影响,9、各项保证措施9.1.组织管理保证在排水施工上不仅需要一套完善、合理的排水系统,还需在管理上予以加强,才能达到预期的效果。为此不仅成立了专业排水
