况我部计划对ZK63+002.217-ZK63+300左侧边坡加固工程锚索施工。为保证高速公路整个锚索项目的工程质量，本着“预防为主，先导试点”的原则，在锚索施工全面铺开之前，先做锚索首件工程。锚索首件工程选定为ZK63+220-ZK63+300段锚索工程，结构形式为预应力8束锚索框架梁，格子梁采用C25,垫,磴采用C30砼。桩号为ZK63+220-ZK63+300，开工日期2007.9. 四、施工工艺1、锚孔测放边坡施工边挖边加固：即开挖一级，防护一级，不得一次开挖到底。根据各工点工程立面图，按设计要求，将锚孔位置准确测放在坡面上，孔位误差不得超过±50mm。2、钻孔设备钻孔机具的选择：根据锚固地层的类别、锚孔孔径、锚孔深度、以及施工场地条件等来选择钻孔设备。岩层中采用钻孔直径130的潜孔冲击成孔；在岩层破碎易于塌缩孔和卡钻埋钻的地层中采用跟管钻进技术。3、钻机就位 锚孔钻进施工，搭设满足相应承载能力和稳固条件的脚手架，根据坡面测放孔位，准确安装固定钻机，并严格认真进行机位调整，确保锚孔开钻就位纵横误差不得超过±50mm，高程误差不得超过±100mm，钻孔倾角和方向符合设计要求，倾角允许误差位±1.0°，方位允许误差±2.0°。4、钻进方式钻孔要求干钻，禁止采用水钻，以确保锚索施工不致于恶化边坡岩体的工程地质条件和保证孔壁的粘结性能。钻孔速度根据使用钻机性能和锚固地层严格控制，防止钻孔扭曲和变径，造成下锚困难或其它意外事故。5、钻进过程钻进过程中对每个孔的地层变化，钻进状态（钻压、钻速）、地下水及一些特殊情况作好现场施工记录。如遇塌孔缩孔等不良钻进现象时，须立即停钻，及时进行固壁灌浆处理（灌浆压力0.10.2MPa），待水泥砂浆初凝后，重新扫孔钻进。6、孔径孔深钻孔孔径、孔深要求不得小于设计值。为确保锚孔直径，要求实际使用钻头直径不得小于设计孔径。为确保锚孔深度，要求实际钻孔深度大于设计深度0.2m以上。7、锚孔清理 钻进达到设计深度后，不能立即停钻，要求稳钻12分钟，防止孔底尖灭、达不到设计孔径。钻孔孔壁不得有沉碴及水体粘滞，必须清理干净，在钻孔完成后，使用高压空气（风压0.20.4MPa）将孔内岩粉及水体全部清除出孔外，以免降低水泥砂浆与孔壁岩土体的粘结强度。除相对坚硬完整之岩体锚固外，不得采用高压水冲洗。若遇锚孔中有承压水流出，待水压、水量变小后方可下安锚筋与注浆，必要时在周围适当部位设置排水孔处理。如果设计要求处理锚孔内部积聚水体，一般采用灌浆封堵二次钻进等方法处理。8、锚孔检验锚孔钻造结束后，须经现场监理检验合格后，方可进行下道工序。孔径、孔深检查一般采用设计孔径、钻头和标准钻杆在现场监理旁站的条件下验孔，要求验孔过程中钻头平顺推进，不产生冲击或抖动，钻具验送长度满足设计锚孔深度，退钻要求顺畅，用高压风吹验不存明显飞溅尘碴及水体现象。同时要求复查锚孔孔位、倾角和方位，全部锚孔施工分项工作合格后，即可认为锚孔钻造检验合格。9、锚索体制作及安装预应力锚索体由锚梁头、自由段、锚固段三部分组成。采用压力分散型锚索，锚固段由三个单元锚索组成，每个单元锚索分别由两根无粘结钢绞线内锚于钢质承载体组成，钢绞线通过特制的挤压簧和挤压套对称地锚固于钢质承载体上，要求单根的连接强度大于200KN。钢质承载体要求采用45号钢材加工制作，其厚度不小于2cm。钢绞线采用j15.24mm高强度低松弛无粘结预应力钢绞线。每根钢绞线均采用环氧树脂涂膜层，22聚乙烯管和润滑脂保护层三层防腐型式，砼垫磴预留孔之间的锚索采用波纹管进行防护。安装前，要确保每根钢绞线顺直，不扭不叉，排列均匀，除锈、除油污，对有死弯、机械损伤及锈坑处剔出。钢绞线沿锚索体轴线方向每1.01.5m设置一架线环，保证锚索体保护层厚度不小于20mm。安装锚索体前再次认真核对锚孔编号，确认无误后再用高压风吹孔，人工缓缓将锚索体放入孔内，用钢尺量出孔外露出的钢绞线长度，计算孔内锚索长度（误差控制在50mm范围内），确保锚固长度。10、锚固注浆注浆采用孔底返浆法的一次灌浆方式，M35水泥砂浆，经试验比选后确定施工配合比。实际注浆量一般要大于理论的注浆量，或以锚具排气孔不再排气且孔口浆液溢出浓浆作为注浆结束的标准。注浆结束后，将注浆管、注浆枪和注浆套管清洗干净，同时做好注浆记录。11、地梁制作地梁采用C25、磴采用C30混凝土整体浇注。基础先铺垫2cm砂浆调平层，再进行钢筋制作安装，钢筋接头需错开，同一截面钢筋接头数不得超过钢筋总根数的1/2，且有焊接接头的截面之间的距离不得小于1m。如锚索与竖梁箍筋相干扰，可局部调整箍筋的间距。砼浇注，尤其在锚孔周围，钢筋较密集，一定要仔细振捣，保证质量。钢筋制作检验项目检 地梁C25，垫磴C30混凝土配料分别采用以下参数进行配制：水泥采用石柱“方斗山”P.o32.5水泥。水泥用量采用375kg/m3，水灰比采用0.48，含砂率采用36%，并掺入NF-2型缓凝高效减水剂掺量0.9%,以改善混凝土的性能,塌落度90110mm，水泥用量采用417kg/m3，水灰比采用0.42，含砂率采用35%，并掺入NF-2型缓凝高效减水剂掺量0.9%,以改善混凝土的性能,塌落度90110mm,已通过验证实验，混凝土强度能满足设计要求。混凝土每一台班用量不大，采用强制式拌和机拌和，利用两辆手推车水平运输至提升料斗，利用提长料斗垂直运输。这样能保证及时、不间断地进行混凝土的浇筑。 浇筑混凝土前，将模板内杂物和钢筋上的油污擦洗干净，并对模板进行加固，经监理工程师检查合格后，方可进行混凝土浇筑。 在混凝土浇筑过程中，首先派有经验的混凝土工负责，采用插入式振动棒，竖梁振动棒从预先留设的孔中放入振捣，横梁从上口放入振动棒，移动间距不超过其作用半径的1.5倍，与模板应保持510cm的间距。浇筑过程中一个工作台班制作试件三组(不含监理抽检)12、锚索张拉及锁定、封锚通过现场张拉试验，确定张拉锁定工艺。锚索的张拉及锁定分级进行，严格按照操作规程执行。在设计张拉完成610d后再进行一次补偿张拉，然后加以锁定。补偿张拉后，从锚具量起，留出长510cm钢绞线，其余部分截去，须用机械切割，严禁电弧烧割。最后用水泥净浆注满锚垫板及锚头各部分空隙，然后对锚头采用不低于30MPa的混凝土进行封锚，防止锈蚀和兼顾美观。五、施工质量控制（1）、钢筋骨架质量控制a、钢筋进库后，验收出厂合格证和试验报告单，对原材及焊接接头取样复试，检验合格后方可使用。b、钢筋成品表面应洁净，使用前清除表面漆皮和锈迹。c、钢筋应平直，弯折成盘和局部弯曲的钢筋应调直使用。d、严格控制焊接质量，骨架尺寸准确、安装准确，保护层厚度满足设计要求。(2)、模板质量控制a、模板具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性，满足图纸设计要求。b、侧模板顶面平整光滑，安装前将模内杂物清理干净，并涂刷脱模剂，脱模剂禁止采用废机油。c、模板位置安装正确，严格控制好标高，拼缝严密，确保混凝土浇筑振捣过程中不变形、不漏浆。d、混凝土浇筑期间设专人对模板随时进行检查，发现有松动和变形及时调整。e、掌握拆模时间，侧模待混凝土强度达2.5Mpa时方可拆模。(3)、混凝土质量控制预先做好砂石材料的级配试验，验收水泥出厂合格证及质保书，并取样复试，测定水泥各项技术指标。测定砂石含水量，确定合理的施工配合比，施工过程严格控制好配合比和坍落度，振捣密实，做到浇筑好的地梁表面平整、光洁，无蜂窝麻面或其他缺陷，并且按规范要求认真做好试压块，进行标准养护。(4)、质量控制：a、加强施工质量监督检查，内部实行班组自检、工区复检制度。 b、加强技术管理工作，实行设计技术交底、质量检测标准交底制度，认真落实岗位责任制。 c、加强中间检查，对施工方案、安全及技术措施、材料试验方法等进行认真的审核把关，并定期检查执行情况，做到以防为主，防检结合。 d、严格原材料品质检验制度，原材料成品、半成品必须经检验合格后方准使用。 e、支持和协助监理工程师的工作，尊重监理人员的意见和建议。 锚索施工工艺流程图测量放洋钻孔砂浆拌和下锚砂浆试件制作灌浆钢筋制安砼试件制作模板制安砼拌和砼浇筑砼养护预应力张拉封锚七、安全保证措施1）、建立健全安全生产管理机构，成立以项目经理为组长的安全生产领导小组，全面负责并领导本项目的安全生产工作。2）、本项目实行安全生产三级管理，即、一级管理由经理负责，二级管理由专职安全员负责，三级管理由领工员（或班组长）负责，各作业点设立安全监督岗。3）、按照我公司颁布的安全生产责任制的要求，落实各级管理人员和操作人员的安全生产责任制做到纵向到底，横向到边，各自作好本岗位的安全工作。4）、实行逐级安全技术交底制，由经理部组织有关人员对工程项目或专项进行书面详细安全技术交底，凡参加安全技术交底的人员要履行签字手续，并保存资料。八、文明施工措施施工中尽量大限度维护原来的地貌地形，保持原来的生态环境。认真作好施工场地规划和安排，根据场地实际情况合理地进行布置，现场悬挂宣传标志，营造良好施工氛围。施工区内道路通畅、平坦、整洁，不乱堆乱放，无散落物；无散落的杂物及散物；场地排水成系统，达到畅通不堵。施工现场临时生活、生产区合理规划,布局合理有序生产、生活区分开搭设,拌和场地采用C15厚5cm砼硬化,料场采用空心砖砌筑隔离墙,以此防止材料混合堆放,并搭建水泥库,架空覆盖堆。在施工作业中，力争把本合同打造成一条优质原生态高速公路。九、环境保护措施为确保文明施工，促进施工顺利进行，我部将采取以下环境保护措施。1、全线划出标识明确、醒目的施工用地界线，禁止越界施工2、堆料场远离饮用水源地、水井、河、渠、池塘等地表水体。3、严格要求，规范操作。禁止超规范砍伐施工界线外的植被。4、车辆行驶车道及范围作标识和划定，禁止车辆随意在桥上行驶。5、在工地及周边设立爱护野生动物和自然植被的宣传牌，施工工人进场后，立即进行生态保护教育，明确保护责任。6、严禁施工人员乱砍滥伐、偷伐盗猎、肆意捕食鱼类、鸟类及其它野生动物。7、对车辆驾驶员进行安全教育，最大程度减小施工燥声污染。
