施工第四步土方开挖至-5.8土钉墙施工第五步土方开挖至-7.3m土钉墙施工第六步土方开挖至-8.8m土钉墙施工人工配合清槽至-9.64m坡道收尾32土方施工的原则:根据施工现场勘察,及针对其地理位置和周边环境的分析研究、本工程施工特点,采取夜间施工的作业形式。该工程为整体开挖,施工面积较大,有利于施工。采用多机多组分层开挖,多班次立体交叉作业,从而充分利用空间的施工方法。、楼、回迁办公楼、及地下车库的土方开挖与护坡桩施工分三步完成。第一、第二步深度各米;第三步挖至设计预留基底标高;楼西北角浅基坑两步完成。第一步开挖4米,第二步开挖至设计预留基底标高。土方开挖与锚钉墙护坡交叉施工,共分7步进行开挖,开挖第一步土方至-1.3m;第二步挖至-2.80m;第三步挖至-4.30m;第四步挖至-5.80m;第五步挖至-7.3m;第六步挖至-8.8m;第七步挖至-9.64(-11.51)m(应优先开挖基坑周边10m宽的工作面);其余土方留出20cm厚由人工清至槽底,基底垫层底标高为-9.64m)。在土方挖运施工过程中应注意基坑支护体系的安全,按设计方案有步骤地进行开挖,严禁超挖。321、本土方工程采用多步开挖,采用逐步降低每步挖深的办法,直至要求标高。322、总的开挖方向:总的开挖顺序,回迁公建楼 4#住宅楼323、土方开挖必须为土钉墙施工创造条件:由于边坡土钉墙支护分7步施工,因此在土方分步开挖过程中,一定要紧密配合土钉墙施工,及时、优先开挖土钉墙施工工作面,为下步土方开挖创造条件。324放坡、坡道开挖及收尾施工:根据现场情况,坡道留设在西北角,土方最后收尾用两台挖土机进行接力的方法将槽底的土传至地面装车运走。3.3施工计划安排:名称标高挖土方工期(天)土钉墙及桩锚杆施工工期(天)第一步施工-1.3m13第二步施工-2.8m13第三步施工-4.3m13第四步施工-5.8m13第五步施工-7.3m13第六步施工-8.8m13人工清槽-9.64m(-11.51)1坡道收尾2注:详见土方开挖计划表,如因边坡支护施工跟不上土方施工进度或下雨、地下障碍物等非人为的不可抗拒、预料的因素造成的停工,工期要相应顺延。34施工方法341根据施工现场实际情况,此项工程采用整体大面积开挖方法,计划由施工场地的北侧与东侧同时开挖,一侧设置两台挖掘机,由北侧从北向东南、东侧由东部向西,循序渐进的顺序向马道方向收拢。具体根据施工进度总体安排,进行调整开挖成形先后顺序。考虑开挖第二步时土质可能含水量较大,不利于运输车辆行进。在开挖第一步时,将表层干土及渣土抛至槽下,渣土抛下后利用推土机整平、压实,做好第二步开挖的行车道路。以便于第二步的槽内行车作业。第三步方法相同。342深度控制:根据工程状况和设计基底挖深,本工程计划、楼、回迁办公楼、及地下车库的土方开挖计划分三步完成。第一、第二步深度各米,第三步挖至设计预留基底标高;楼西北角浅基坑两步完成。第一步深度米,第二步挖至设计预留基底标高。第一步槽心取土深度约为米,首先在基坑开挖边线挖至其设计的基坑支护高度(约1.5m),留足护坡工作边宽度,交于护坡方进行基坑支护。在基坑支护的同时,在不妨碍其施工的条件下槽心开挖至第一步米深度。当基坑支护第一步完成后,将其护坡工作平台土方标高降至下一步支护要求高度供其施工,然后进行槽心取土。按照上述方法,每步土方挖除与基坑支护配合共同推进。并按要求积极配合东、南侧护坡桩腰梁施工,确保工程质量、边坡稳定性与工程进度。343坡道设置:根据机械设备和施工现场道路情况,主坡道拟设于现场西北角(即3#楼及B车库交接处,详见附图)坡道宽10米,槽内长度15米,槽外长度5米(施工中如有需要,可在甲方同意并不妨碍场地规划及其他单位施工的前提下增设辅助马道)。基槽开挖成型后,再倒退挖除槽内坡道处土方,挖掘机最后由此坡道退出。 344交叉作业的协调与防护土方开挖后基坑边坡西、北两侧做土钉墙基坑支护(东南两侧为护坡桩支护,桩已基本打完)。在挖土施工中土方作业与土钉墙护坡交叉作业,同时进行;并要注意配合护坡桩腰梁连接施工。为了减少施工的相互干扰,开挖时,先挖槽线内四周,留足护坡操作平台为护坡方做准备(长度、深度以护坡设计为准),开挖护坡操作台以外土方。待该层护坡做完后将施工平台的余土抛下创造新工作面。如此循环作业。开挖过程中按照护坡桩腰梁连接高度,为其在边坡开挖连接施工工作平台,待连接完毕后再进行挖除。挖掘机配合护坡方削坡,有利护坡的施工进度,由施工技术部人员负责进行协调。土方开挖每天为护坡方创造工作面,护坡方应当班尽快作好护坡,为下一步做出准备,这样互相促进施工进度。345配合清槽待整体土方开挖达到预留设计标高后,将专门调配挖掘机配合清槽装运,并安排人工将预留土方挖至设计槽底标高并攒堆,我方挖掘机倒退甩方、装车。按此工作方法循环完成清槽工作。35基坑钎探351、作业条件基土已挖至基坑设计标高、清槽完毕、坑底表面平整。轴线及基坑长、宽均符合土方施工方案图纸要求。352施工方法放线:按钎探孔位置平面布置图放线,孔位洒上白灰点。钎探:将钎杆尖对准孔位,再把穿心锤套在钎杆上,扶正钎杆,拉起穿心锤,使其自由落下,下落高度为500mm,把钎杆垂直打入土层中。记录锤击数:从钎杆入土至第一道杆线时开始记录,每打入土层300mm,记录一次锤击数,共记录七次锤击数,钎杆入土总深度为2.1m。拔钎:用铅丝将钎杆绑好,留出活套,套内插入撬棍,拔出钎杆。验孔:钎杆拔出后及时将孔用红砖覆盖,待质检人员和工长检验孔深与记录。整理记录:按钎孔顺序编号,将锤击数填入统一表格内。字迹要清楚,再经过打钎人员和技术员签字后归档。灌砂:孔深与记录经查无误,并经几方验收后,再进行灌砂。灌砂时,每填入300mm左右用直径16mm钢筋棒捣实一次。第四章 质量保证措施41土方开挖质量标准:411、国家有关建筑施工规范(GB502022002);412、工程设计对土方的质量要求。42土方开挖质量保证措施:421、土方施工设专人指挥,技术员进行书面交底,严格执行施工方案。422、挖土机司机必须要按照开挖灰线施工。423、测量员随时测量,保证基底标高,槽底土壤不得扰动。424、夜间施工有足够的照明。43质量问题的处理:如发生质量问题,必须立即上报,并在4小时内递交有关质量问题的书面详细报告,包括时间、部位、细节描述、产生原因等。第五章
