堂1负责职工伙食六、施工准备工作1、场地平整清理场地内各种障碍物，以满足桩机正常行走要求。2、测量放线（1）配合建设单位及规划局红线班做好桩位红线基准点的测放工作，对照拟建建筑物红线定位图进行复核，如有不符，应及时向建设单位提出，协商解决。（2）通过对红线基准点进行复核检查，无误后再引测拟建建筑物各轴线点及延伸点，在墙上作好方向线，反复检查无误后，作好工程测量定位记录，并经建筑单位或监理单位核准签字认可，打桩前整个拟建建筑物主要轴线及轴线点必须施放完毕。（3）督促建设单位提供两个以上城市高程点，以便测定、复核场地标高，计算桩顶标高。3、施工用水、用电施工用电须250KW，施工用水需要2个水源头。4、施工材料准备（1）开工前3天，我公司将组织施工材料进场，施工用钢筋、水泥进场必须有材质证明或出厂合格证，并按质检要求送检，合格后方可使用，砼用砂、碎石也应按要求送检，并请试验单位试配提出施工砼配合比。（2）必须对后续进场的砂、石料进行严格把关和质量验收。（3）本工程所用预制桩尖，在有施工资质的单位购买，进场需有合格证方可使用。5、其它准备工作（1） 积极配合建设单位办理齐全有关施工手续（施工许可证等）；（2） 熟悉工程地质报告，桩基平面图、大样图，召集施工人员进行技术交底；（3） 建立工程质保体系，明确施工职责；（4） 加紧维修保养施工机械；（5） 向建设单位汇报施工准备情况，填写开工报告，经建设单位及监理公司签证后方可开工。七、施工技术措施工程桩的施工必须严格按现行桩基、地基规范等有关规定执行。1、桩位测量放线要求（1）测量放线前，应对规划局提供的红线图控制点进行复查，如有与红线图不符应及时向建设单位提出，每条边轴线应向建筑物外（至少3.0米）引出延伸点，并用钢筋砼固定加以保护，作好测量定位复查成果记录，经建设单位认可后方可进行轴线的施放。（2）放轴线点时，从控制点引出施放各轴线之端点，并用12的钢筋打入地下，用砼埋设固定，然后再依次施放各桩位点，且以其为圆心按426桩径大小用白灰划一圆圈，以便对位查找。（3）桩位放完自检合格后报监理工程师复查，工程桩施工时，每根桩均用钢卷尺复查，桩位误差达2cm必须用经纬仪重新测放。（4）打桩前准确测量场地绝对标高，然后根据设计±0.000准确计算成桩标高。（5）轴线点允许偏差为±5mm，桩位点允许偏差为：群桩承台边桩±100mm，中间桩±150mm，桩径允许偏差±20mm（个别断面），桩顶标高偏差为±50cm，垂直度偏差为小于1%。2、成桩工艺要求a、桩机移位定位 （1）放线定位，确定桩位后，预埋桩尖，对准桩位，桩机采用走管滚动移位，桩机安装必须平稳周正，底座前后左右必须垫平。（2）桩机就位后，落下钢管，调桩机，使桩锤、桩管与桩架一致。b、沉管、拔管、成桩（1）启动振动锤，开始沉管，同时收卷扬机钢丝绳，并开始向桩管内灌注混凝土，沉管至持力层深度。（2）桩管进入持力层后强振，直到最后一个二分钟贯入度不大于30mm为止，桩管内灌满混凝土后，拔管时每拔一米必须停振一次，振动时间为5-10s，第一次拔管时需将桩管外泥土刮除干净，以免复打时将泥土带进桩身混凝土，边拔管边用小锤子敲击外管检查浇筑砼是否足量，发现不足量必须立即补足，第一次灌浇混凝土需灌至自然地面，拔出地面后再依前复打一次，放入相应长度的钢筋笼，为保证桩顶标高处砼密实度，第二次浇灌混凝土也灌至自然地面。（3）在施工过程中，严格控制拔管速度，本工程按一般地层1.0-1.5m/分，在软硬土交界处不大于0.8m/分，桩身充盈系数不小于1.2。3、钢筋笼制作要求（1）必须使用合乎设计要求（质量、规格）的钢筋，钢筋进场必须有出厂证明且按质检要求送检合格后方可使用。（2）钢筋笼砼保护层厚度须为50mm，钢筋笼必须按设计要求制作，箍筋与主筋交叉点必须间隔点焊加固，加劲箍与主箍交点必须点焊加固。（3）所制作的钢筋笼允许偏差必须满足：主筋间距为±10mm，箍筋间距±20mm，直径±10mm，长度±50mm要求。（4）成桩钢筋笼应平放在高出地面30cm的平台上，其堆放不宜超过2层，质检员现场检查合格后，报监理工程师验收。（5）钢筋笼搬运时，严禁扭转，弯曲，埋设要对准孔位，吊直扶稳，缓缓下沉，下放到设计位置后，应立即固定，钢筋笼焊接采用单面搭接焊，搭接长度为12cm，同一截面接头不宜大于50%，钢筋笼上应超灌砼到地面。4、砼的制作（1）本工程桩身砼强度等级为C25，配制所用水泥必须有出厂合格证明，并按质检要求送检，检验合格后方可使用，不同厂家、不同标号的水泥不能混用。所用砂必须质地坚硬，成份洁净，含泥量不大于2%的中砂。石子级配良好，粒径20-40mm，不含风化石，含泥量不大于2%，否则必须过筛或冲洗干净后使用。（2）砼必须按试配的配合比配制，并严格控制材料用量。（3）所配的砼必须有良好的和易性、坍落度控制在T=70-100mm之间。（4）打桩期间，每天做砼试块二组（防止试块不合格造成补桩），并精心养护，到龄期即送有关单位试压。5、冬雨季施工措施（1）在冬雨期多储存一些物资，防止冬雨季运输困难，造成施工受阻。（2）打桩期间，若遇小雨天气，除备用水泥须做好防潮外，搅拌好的砼在运动过程中用彩条布盖好，随时检查电缆及各种电器，以免漏电伤人；并优先做好接地钢筋，防止雷击。中至大雨必须停工，切断电源盖好水泥及各种电器，并做好场地排水工作。（3）冬期施工气温低于0度时，及时清理结有冰块的砂、石料或将之解冻，同时适当延长每盘砼的搅拌时间。（4）雨期加强碎石的冲洗工作，砼搅拌应随时根据砂石料含水率调整级配以保证砼强度等级。（5）用砂等物盖好桩头，做好桩头防雨、防冻工作。6、施工顺序我公司将根据场地条件合理安排打桩顺序，确保合同工期的优质完工。八、施工质量保证措施为完成好本项工程，我公司将按全面质量管理的要求开展各基工作，以确保工程质量和施工进度，具体措施有：1、工程桩施工前由技术人员和施工负责人根据设计要求及本方案对施工人员进行技术交底，使所有施工人员对技术要求和施工中的关键工序做到心中有数。2、各工序都设专人负责，严格把关，上道工序不合格，下道工序不进行。3、严格执行我公司制定的“二审”“二查”的管理制度，以杜绝质量事故的发生。4、按质检要求，将“事先指导，事中控制，事后检查”的工作方针贯穿于整个工程施工过程中，争创优质工程。5、实行岗位责任制，建立健全质保体系。6、建立健全材料验收制度，不合格的材料坚决不予进场。7、对沉桩的每一工序都应严格把关，同时应注意以下几点：1）每次向桩管内灌砼时尽量多，第一次拔管高度控制在能容纳第二次所需灌入的砼为限，不宜拔管过高，应保持桩管内不少于2m高的砼，拔管时由专人用小锤检查管内砼面。2）拔管速度应均匀，严禁突然加速。3）在振动沉管中，若遇到沉管异常缓慢，连续振动仍难以进尺的情况时，立即停止振动，在2-5分钟后再启动振动器，严禁强行振动。4）为了确保桩的承载力要求，必须认真控制桩管最后的两个两分钟的贯入速度。特别是进入持力层时，必须严格把关，若发现持力层较差，必须向监理、甲方及设计院反映，及时解决。5）施工人员必须如实按照施工要求作好施工记录，不得漏记多记或事后记录，并做好原始记录资料的保管和整理工作。8、实行奖罚制度，充分调动施工人员的积极性。9、实行设计变更制度，发现与地质资料、设计要求不符时，及时向监理公司及业主汇报，待设计院出具设计变更后执行。10、质量目标：合格率100%，争创优良工程。九、施工进度计划为保证工期，我公司拟入一台桩机施工，施工时间从早6：00至晚22：00止，先进行试桩的施工，然后接着施工工程桩，每天计划完成7-8根桩，我公司根据周围环境及时调整施工时间及施工工艺，以保证本工程尽快完成。十、安全生产措施1、安全生产管理体系成立以项目经理部为首的安全生产管理小组，按该工程的特点设专职安全员，施工班组设兼职安全员，建立一套完整有效的安全管理体系。对施工人员进行安全交底及安全教育，定期举行安全会议，随时进行安全检查，发现不安全隐患及时排除。2、现场施工用高低压线及设备禁止使用破损或绝缘性差的电线，严禁电线随地走，电气设备要有良好的保证接地和接零，传动装置要有防护罩。3、加强防火消防管理，切实加强火源管理，易燃、易爆物品制定专人管理。焊工作业时必须清理周围的易燃物品。消防工具、器材要齐全，并安装在适当位置，指定专人负责清理，定期检查。4、上岗人员必须戴安全帽。砼浇灌时，活动漏斗上严禁站人。5、安全用电，电气设备必须安装漏电保护器，输电线路须按规定连接、架设。如不能架设，必须铺设安全可靠的电缆。6、所有施工设备在使用前一定要试运行，确认正常后在正式运行，凡不符合安全要求的机械、设备禁止使用。7、施工时要听从管理人员的信号，信号不明确或可能引起事故时，应暂停操作。各种电动机具必须按规定接零接地，并设置单一开关，遇有临时停电时，必须拉闸加锁。8、钻机移位由专人统一指挥，前后左右垫平枕木牵引钢丝绳应尽量慢而缓，严禁与施工无关人员站立旁边，夜间施工增加照明，并增加专人协调管理。9、安全目标：完善安全措施，提高安全意识，杜绝死亡和重伤事故发生，月轻伤频率控制在1.5以下。十一、文明施工管理措施1、成立以项目经理为首的文明施工领导小组，对施工人员进行文明施工教育，加强文明施工意识，每周至少二次对现场进行文明施工检查。2、美化、优化、净化施工现场环境1）创市级文明施工现场，对施工现场场容实行分片包干制度，划分管理区域，规定职责范围，班组长分别是操作地点的负责人。项目按文明施工中间检查记录表自检评分，并在每月的生产会议上总结评比。2）现场设置专职人员负责施工现场安全保卫工作，进入施工现场必须出示出入证，无关人员禁止入内，加强内部治安管理。维护良好的工作程序和劳动纪律，禁止打架、斗欧等流氓行为的发生。3、为减少周围环境的污染，出入施工现场的车辆必须清洗干净，所有出入本现场的各类车辆都必须经过清洁方能离开现场，施工场地内做好排水沟，保证场地内不积水，减少对市容的影响。4、整个现场进行全封闭作业。5、所有本现场排出的水都必须经过沉淀后方能排入城市管网。6、振动沉管灌注桩施工振动较大，给周围居委会及相邻建筑物居民带来不便，我公司将做出科学解释及通知，争取居民谅解。质量保证体系项目经理施工负责人技术负责人预算组安全组材料组施工组试验组资料组测量组质检组技术组（英文版
