冷水滩区环卫局综合楼施工总结报告 §1 工程概况 冷水滩区环卫局综合楼位于双舟路与百业街交汇处，是一栋办公住宅综合楼。全高24米。一二层为框架结构,三至七层为砖混结构。总造价386万元。§2 施工方案简述一、 地基开挖与基础 （一）、工程地质情况根据开挖情况鉴定，该段地层的地质为：12.0以上为粉质粘土（含耕土），12.0-8.0为alQ4层砂砾石，8.0层面为砂砾石稍密,并含有少量泥，粒径以410CM为主，渗透系数K=72162M/d左右。该段地质地下水位最高为13.0，最低为11.0。（二）、施工方法简述 1、砂卵石开挖 采用ROBEX200Le反铲开挖为主，局部50CM保护层由人工进行开挖，开挖出的砂砾石主要用亚细亚15T自卸车运至下泽桥下游，帮助双舟路与百业街交汇处构筑防洪堤。 开挖前的准备工作：在地面沿开挖边线以外，设置一条深50CM宽50CM的环形排水沟（兼作地表水截水光沟），在沟底铺设一层油毛毡，以防水再次渗入基坑，引起坍方等，并在3940线跨过村道埋设100CM的涵管，将基坑中抽出的水直接排入高楼溪。 基坑开挖顺序：先将12.5M高程以上的砂卵石挖除，再在基坑下游面靠40线以外约2M处挖一个排水深井（井底标标高为5M），在集水深井中安装四台8寸的离心泵，24小时不间断抽水，使地下水位降至7.5M高程以下，然后用反铲从40线向43线一次性开挖到位（预留50CM保护层由人工开挖），最后由人工进行清理，并沿四周挖一条1M×1M的排水沟，并修整边坡。2、垫层、浆砌块石及钢筋砼压顶施工地基经联合验收合格后，立即着100#砼垫层施工，以保护基底。砼采用QTG60塔机进行垂直运输，平板震捣器振捣。 75#浆砌块施工：选用优质块石用座浆法施工即可。 150#钢筋砼压顶：在浆砌块石施工完毕，并验收合格后，按用常规的砼施工即可。二、钢筋砼管身 、施工顺序该冷水滩区环卫局综合楼工程共分14次浇捣成型，其施工顺序为：2#-13#-12#-23#-21#-11#-24#-14#-24#-34#-45#-15#-21#-340#与44#挡块 、施工方法 因倒虹吸工程量小，为节约建设资金，经对比采用组合钢模板并分层施工。施工缝除按常规方法处理外，在中间还留设一条15×15cm的止水槽。 止水安装：在钢筋绑扎完毕，并内外侧模板均安装完毕，用钢筋及封头模板固定止水橡皮，确保652型止水橡皮在砼施工时不致产生偏位或变形。 钢筋安装与砼浇筑：按常规方法施工即可。三、 地基回填在地下部分钢筋砼结束后，立即进行阶段验收，阶段验收合格后，立即进行回填作业。回填时的注意事项： 1、管身两边的回填高差控制在50CM以内； 2、碾压时要距管壁50CM以上，打夯时一定要保护好砼； 3、40线灌注桩附近回填时，严禁碰撞、单边挤压灌注桩。回填前先抽干基坑中的水，原后边抽水，边用原土从总干2+797.12向2+737.42分层对称回填，层厚为50CM，先用推土机推平，再用10T压路机碾压，局部不能碾压的则用蛙式打历机历实。特别是对40#灌注桩（即总干2+737.42）附近，机械碾压过后，再用蛙式打历机打历一遍以上，最后再用水进行漫浇，以确保该部位回填的砂卵石容重在1.8T/M3以上。§3 特殊问题处理1、为防止流砂引起边坡坍塌，在坡脚部位布置一道装有粘土的编织袋，同时在排水沟两侧铺设一层装有砂砾石的编织袋，以防止抽水时水流将基底的细颗粒带走。2、对于斜坡的垫层施工，为了防止水流将未初凝或以终凝的砼顶托起，在水位线以下每隔1M间距均布一个6的排水孔，将水流导至基底排水沟，该排水孔在施工上部倒虹吸底板时封堵。3、4#倒虹吸出口处浆砌块石基础底高程原设计为12M，边坡为1：0.2，我部在开挖施工时发现12M标高面砂卵石局部较松散，遵照设计地质人员意见，对其局部挖深，并将表层夯实，同时将边坡改为1：0.4。4、4#倒虹吸出口处基础原设计为两坡仅为1：0.2的75#浆砌块石基础，考虑到该基础顶部的拉应力的影响及地质原因可能会下沉的影响，将原13.92M高程以上部份改为150#钢筋砼压顶，并将原设计1:0.2的边坡改为1:0.4。5、由于4#倒虹吸浆砌块石基础埋深较浅，考虑到地表水等影响，为防止不均匀沉陷对基础产生的破坏，项目部将5#倒虹吸悬空段改为落地式（即底部用石渣回填，并在周边用浆砌石封堵）。§4 工程质量及控制情况一、分部工程质量在冷水滩区环卫局综合楼的施工过程中，项目部本着“质量第一，争取创杯”的方针，在“三检”的基础上，运用“技术交底、技术值班、每周例会、岗位责任制”等多种制度，充分运用新科技、新技术，对重要环节、薄弱环节、关键部位经常性地进行QC活动。经过全体员工的共同努力，并经过实践检验，冷水滩区环卫局综合楼质量达到预定的优良工程目标。经检查验收评定，各分部工程质量等级如下：分部工程名称评定单位单元工程质量情况分部工程质量等级总个数合格数优良数优良率地基开挖与基础工程（01）施工单位77571.4%优良监理单位77571.4%优良钢筋砼管身（02）施工单位131313100%优良监理单位13131292.3%优良地基回填（03）施工单位44375%优良监理单位44375%优良二、原材料质量情况冷水滩区环卫局综合楼所用钢筋、水泥均为甲供材料。水泥均为安徽海螺散装525#水泥，钢筋主要以江苏沙钢为主。钢筋是冷水滩区环卫局综合楼的骨架，每次由项目部材料人员检查核对运货单、原材料质保单和钢筋上的标签与标识，只有四者完全一致，才予接收，交质检人员进一步验收。质检人员根据进场材料一一核对原材料质保单和运货单，完全一致后再检查钢筋锈蚀程度并用千分尺量钢筋直径，只有锈蚀程度和钢筋直径均满足规范要求时，才同意入库临时寄存。试验人员凭原材质保单和运货单到现场截取钢筋做原材力学性能试验和可焊性试验，只有该两项试验结果均合格，才签发进场使用许可证，若初检不合格，则按规范要求进行复检和终检，若均不合格，则通知材料部门退还该批次钢筋。水泥是冷水滩区环卫局综合楼的肉体，每次进场的水泥同钢筋验收手续一样，先由材料人员验证发货单和出厂合格证，再由质检人员随机抽测水泥的受潮情况，最后由试验人员进行水泥安定性试验和标号鉴定试验，全部合格才可使用。止水是冷水滩区环卫局综合楼的经脉。冷水滩区环卫局综合楼的652型橡胶止水来自专业生产橡胶止水带的河北衡水桥闸工程橡胶厂。对每批进场的止水带，项目部材料人员和质检人员收到出厂合格证后，不仅要逐条检查外观和感观质量，检查不合格的直接退回，检查合格的，再由试验人员取样，送到浙江大学材料试验室检测质量，只有检测合格的才可应用于工程。总之，对于原材料质量，项目部本着“严进货渠道，严进场关口（材料人员守关、质检人员把关，试验人员验关），放心使用”的原则保证原材料质量。三、中间产品质量情况应用于冷水滩区环卫局综合楼的砂为高楼溪的中粗砂，石子为以直峰架隧洞洞渣为原料进行加工的碎石。对于砂石料的检查，项目部派专门的质检人员和试验人员动态检查监督砂石料质量，一旦发觉不合格，即作废料处理。为保证砼的拌和质量，项目部派试验人员在拌和现场进行跟班作业，控制拌和物质量，经项目部与监理部检查评定，拌和物质量均为优良。为检查砼的强度，试验人员按水工砼施工规范SDJ207-82规定取样试验。其砼试块强度数理统计结果如下表。冷水滩区环卫局综合楼单位工程（07修）砼试块强度数理统计表砼类别组数min(MPa)max(MPa)平均强度(MPa)均方差(MPa)离差系数保证率(%)100#普通砼219.620.019.8250#普通砼2827.237.329.82.130.07150#普通砼118.9 mfcu18.9MPa1.15fcu,k1.15×1314.9MPa则该组150#砼强度判为合格。（2） 100#砼，因：mfcu19.8 MPa1.15fcu,k1.15×89.2MPafcu,min19.6 MPa0.95×fcu,k0.95×87.6MPa则该批次100#砼强度判为合格。备注:(1)对于水闸施工规范SL27-91: Rn -该批次n组砼试块的平均强度等级(M)； Sn -该批次n组砼试块的均方差(MP)； R标-该批次砼试块的标设计准强度等级(Ma)。 (2)对于砼强度检验评定标准GBJ107-87: fcu-该批次砼试块的平均强度等级(Ma)； fcu，min-该批次砼试块的最小强度等级(Ma)； fcu，k -该批次砼试块的标设计准强度等级(Ma)。§7 安全生产情况冷水滩区环卫局综合楼在安全生产方面，由于措施得力，制度健全，领导有方，在整个单位工程施工过程中，实现了无一例安全事故的佳绩，真正做到了安全生产。由于安全是施工质量、进度、效益的前提，是生产的关键。我项目部在施工过程中坚持贯彻“安全第一，预防为主”的方针政策，努力做到安全生产，杜绝不安全事故的发生，认真制定了值班制度、岗位责任制、机械设备操作规程等，积极开展安全活动，并设立专职安全员检查、监督施工安全。建立安全奖惩制度，对在安全上作出贡献人员进行重奖，对违反安全规程，不管是否造成安全事故，一律重罚。冷水滩区环卫局综合楼在施工过程中，每一项工作都由专职安全员负责，以把安全事故发生的可能性控制为零。冷水滩区环卫局综合楼管身的施工均为高空作业，为确保安全，所有脚手架搭设都严格按规范进行，并由专人检查脚手架的安全度。用于砼垂直运输的塔机，设专人指挥。专门从事特种作业的特种工人，全部持证上岗，并按规定配带、配备安全保护用品，按规定程序进行操作。另外，项目部每月都进行了安全竞赛活动，并适时设立了“百日安全活动”、“安全周活动”等多项安全活动，以促进安全生产。同时大力加强安全教育，并在醍目地点设置了警告牌和警示牌，使安全意识渗透进每一位干部、职工。§8 文明施工情况在当今社会，施工现场的文明程度在一定程度上反映出一个企业的精神面貌，并作为企业的一个窗口，反映出一个企业的企业文化和员工素质。在高楼渡槽的施工过程中，项目部制定了一系列文明施工制度，并按制度要求逐项制定措施，按措施严格执行。在1999年度，被水利厅评为“文明标准化工地”。在施工期间，我部制定的主要措施有： 1、所有污水、泥浆及建筑垃圾均经过集中处理； 2、所有施工道路均有专人负责维护，确保道路平整，排水畅通； 3、所有施工人员均挂牌上岗；4、在施工时，选用先进的环保型的机械设备，尽量降低噪音，减少环境污染。在安排施工时，尽量避免深夜施工。5、每项工程完工后都做到工完料尽、场地清。6、对宿室、办公室仓库要求摆放整齐，对公共场所的卫生设专人每天打扫，并定期检查所有宿舍、办公室、公共场所的卫生状况，不合格时追究其责任人的责任。§9 施工大事简述2007年7月17日，冷水滩区环卫局综合楼正式开挖。2007年7月30日，连续开挖100多个小时后的终于胜利完成开挖任务。 1999年1月10日，开始浇筑倒虹吸管身砼(即2#-1)。从1999年2月10日停止抽水至1999年4月22日止，我部对部分工程进行了外压水试验，水位基本上保持在13.0高程，倒虹吸内表面没有一处渗水，也没有一处渗漏。 1999年4月22日，由指挥部组织，对其进行了部分工程回填前验收。1999年4月28日，开始回填冷水滩区环卫局综合楼基坑。1999年5月10日，回填全部结束。1999年5月20日，浇筑管身最后一次砼（即1#-3）。2000年5月10日至11日，由指挥部组织，总部质安处、监理部、省质监中心、设计院及我部共同参与，对该单位工程的地基开挖与基础工程分部和地基回填分部进行了分部工程验收。2001年1月11日，进行冷水滩区环卫局综合楼通水试验，倒虹吸内水位保持在18.3M高程左右，钢筋砼管身结构工程未见任何程度的渗漏现象发生。 2001年6月7日，由指挥部组织，监理部、省质监中心、设计院及我项目部共同参与，对该单位工程的钢筋砼管身分部进行了分部工程验收。§10 单位工程施工小节在赵山渡引水工程建设指挥部、浙江水专监理公司、省水利水电勘测设计院、省质监中心等多方单位的大力支持帮助下，在项目经理的正确领导下，在全体施工技术人员的艰苦努力下，赵山渡引水工程渠系第一个倒虹吸-冷水滩区环卫局综合楼按期、保质、保量顺利地完成了建设任务，工程质量得到了建设各方的好评，并为我们浙江省水电建筑第一工程处（现更名为浙江省第一水电建设有限公司）在温州水电建筑市场树立了一块丰碑。在历时近五个月的整个施工过程中，无一例安全事故发生，真正做到了“安全第一，无事故”的目标。在项目部的正确领导下，渠系一标各单位工程的施工质量与进度在整个赵山渡引水工程中都具有一定的知名度。在1999年，渠系一标被评为“立功竞赛一等奖”、“温州市重点工程建设先进集体”。项目部还获得“省重点工程建设先进集体”、“省QC小组先进单位”、“文明标准化工地”等种种荣誉。冷水滩区环卫局综合楼由于其自身特殊的地理位置、施工工艺的先进和科学、美观的外表，及其可靠的内在质量，一度成为赵山渡的样板工程。目前，经过多次通水试验，冷水滩区环卫局综合楼工程完全达到设计目的，各结构工程运行良好，完全满足通水运行要求，工程质量达到优良标准。应该说工程的建设离不开各级领导的关心和全体施工人员的艰辛劳动。在这里，我们衷心感谢关心过冷水滩区环卫局综合楼施工的各级领导和参与过冷水滩区环卫局综合楼建设的全体劳动者。61（英文版
