    40、程1.1任务来源根据国家标准化管理委员会关于下达便携式木折梯安全要求等360项国家标准外文版计划的通知(国标委发(2020)36号)要求,由全国粮油标准化技术委员会负责归口,翻译国家标准大豆(GB1352-2023)英文版,外文版项目计划编号W20201450,具体信序号外文版项目计划编号国家标准/计划编号国家标准/计划名称翻译语种主管部门归口单位翻译承担单位项目周期6W20201450GB1352/20062452-Q-449大豆英文国家粮食和物资储备局全国粮油标准化技术委员会南京财经大学、国家粮食和物资储备局标准质量中心中文标准发布后90天息见下表。1.2主要工作过程GB1352-2023

    41、英文版翻译起草工作是在GB1352报批后进行,英文版在起草过程中参考国际标准和加拿大、美国等国家的大豆标准,进行对比分析,力求忠实原文、表述准确,符合英文语言的表达习惯。大豆(GB1352)英文版翻译起草工作的主要过程如下:2020年12月成立起草工作组,工作组根据标准报批稿中文版,并按照国家标准外文版管理办法、GB/T20000.版管016和GB/T20000.11-2016的要求开展英文版的翻译起草工作;2021年7月英文版翻译起草工作完成,将英文版初稿发有关单位,征求翻译意见;2023年5月工作组根据标准发布稿中文版,对前言部分内容进行修改,完成送审稿;2023年7月至8月,由国家粮食和

    42、物资储备局标准质量中心组织专家以函审方式进行标准审查;2023年8月至9月,起草组根据专家函审意见进行修改完善,形成报批稿。2标准翻译的原则在翻译过程中,本着以下原则对标准英文版进行翻译起草:翻译坚持忠实原文、准确规范的原则;编写格式和表述符合GB/T20000.10-2016标准化工作指南第10部分:国家标准的英文译本翻译通则和GB/T20000.11-2016标准化工作指南第11部分:国家标准的英文译本通用表述有关规定;程序符合国家标准外文版管理办法。3标准主要技术内容与国家标准一致。4、主要试验验证情况分析无。5、采用国际标准和国外先进标准程度与国家标准一致。6、与现行法律、法规和强制性标准的关系在起草过程中,注意贯彻国家有关的法令、法规,相关标准能与之协调一致。7、重大分歧意见处理无。8、作为强制性标准或推荐性标准的建议与国家标准一致。9、贯彻标准的措施建议与国家标准一致。10、废止现行相关标准的建议无。11、其他应予说明的事项无。大豆(GB1352-2023)英文版起草工作组2023年6月
