19、Instruction4.4 运用本电气柜之前，请仔细阅读本说明书。Beforeusingtheproduct,pleasereadoperationintroductioncarefully.4.5 隔爆型电气箱与正压电气电气柜电源采纳电气联锁，只有电气柜经过30分钟吹扫且正压电气电气柜建立正压，主电源通电，才能操作正压电气电气柜。Electricinterlocksareappliedtoexplosion-proofelectriccabinetandpositivepressureelectriccabinet.Onlyelectriccabinetshasgonethrough30m

22、响防爆性能的元器件和结构。Componentandstructurethatinfluencetheexplosion-prooffunctioncannotbereplaced,changedoradjustedatwill.6操作方法Operatingmethod6.1 本电气柜的操作程序特别简洁。Theoperationalprogramofthiselectricalcabinetisverysimple.通入压缩空气：接通隔爆电气箱电源，供电指示灯亮：当电气柜压力大于70Pa时按隔爆型电气箱上的起动按钮，电气柜正压限制系统即自动进入吹扫状态，换气指示灯亮。当吹扫30min后，工作指示

24、tingindicatorlightsup.After30minutesofpurging,theworkingindicatorlightsup,atthesametime,starttooperatethepositivevoltagecontrolsystemofelectricalcabinetnormally.6.2 正常运行时，隔爆型电气箱上工作指示灯亮，电气柜正压气路系统进行闭环限制，使正压电气电气柜的内部压力保持在70Pa400Pa之间。当气路发生故障，正用电气电气柜内压力低了规定的工作范围150Pa时，则面板红灯亮,提示值班人先进行处理:当正压电气电气柜内压力低于70Pa时，

26、hepressureinthepositivevoltageelectricalcabinetisbelowl50paofregulatedworkingrange,theredlamponthepanellightsupinordertoremindtheoperatorondutytodealwith;whenthepressureinthepositivevoltageelectricalcabinetisbelow70pa,thesystemwillcutoffinputpowersupplyautomatically,guaranteeingtheexplosivehazardwon
27、tgenerate.6.3 当正压系统全新启动时，系统将近新依据以上操作步骤运行,从吹扑起先计时。Whenthepositivevoltagesystemrestarts,thesystemwilloperateanewaccordingtotheabovesteps,andcalculatetimefrompurging.6.4 故障状态Faultcondition本电气柜在出厂时已调整完毕,故在正常工作阶段不需调整即可正常工作。但在电气柜的运行过程中，如常常出现指示面板红色指示灯发光,这是因为气路系统气压太低，可按如下步骤调整节流阀加以解决：Theadjustmentofelectrica
28、lcabinethasbeencompletedinthefactory,soinregularworkingtimeitcanworknormallywithoutadjustment.Butintheelectricalcabinetoperatingprogress,ifitoftenoccursthattheredindictoronthepanellightsup,thatisbecausetheairpressureinthegassupplysystemistoolow,youcansettleitbyadjustingthethrottlevalveaccordingtothe
29、followingsteps.将节流阀的锁紧螺母打开,逆时针转动调整旋钮半圈或少许：视察气路压力表指示及视察报警灯，若压力表指示在150Pa左右，同时面板红色指示灯不再发光，说明调整胜利,拧紧节流阀的锁紧螺母.若压力表指示未达到150Pa左右，或面板红色指示灯接着发光，则全更上述步骤，直至面板红色指示灯不再发光为止。Openthelocknutofthethrottlevalve;turntheadjustingknobsemicycleorlessinanticlockwisedirection;observetheindicatorofgassupplypressuremeterandth
30、etelltalelamp,ifthepressuremeterindicatesabout150paandtheredindicatoronthepanelonlongerlightsup,itmeansthattheadjustmentissucceed,thenscrewupthelocknutofthethrottlevalve.Iftheindicatorofpressuremeterfailtoreachabout150pa,ortheredindicatoronthepanelkeeplighting,repeattheabovestepsuntiltheredindicator
31、nolongerlightsup.调整时应按部就班，切记不行随意旋转节流阀旋钮，以免造成气路系统损伤现象。Duringadjustment,itshouldbedonestepbystep:rememberthatyoucannotturnthethrottlevalverandomly,forfearlestthegassupplysystemmaybedamaged.调整好以后的正压系统在正常工作时不会有报警现象发生。Afteradjustment,thepositivevoltagesysteminnormalworkingtimewillnotgiveanalarmphenomenon
32、若高年报警指示灯报警时,则按相反的方向调整节流阀，重复上述动作。Ifthehighpressureindicatorgivesanalarm,adjustthethrottlevalveintheoppositedirection,andrepeattheaboveoperation.7电气柜的维护保养Themaintenanceofelectricalcabinet7.1应在切断电源的状态F,定期检查电气柜的运用状况；发觉异样应刚好修星，使电气柜处于正常的工作状态。Theapplicationofelectricalcabinetshouldbeinspectedperiodicallyi
33、npoweroffcondition.Iftheabnormitywasfound;itshouldberepairedintime.Andkeeptheelectricalcabinetinnormalworkingcondition.对于气路系统应做以下检杳维护：Inspectandmaintainthegassupplysystemasfollowings:消除过港减压阀的积水，调整减压阀出口压力至合适位置：Clearupthewaterinthefilterrelief-pressurevalve,andadjusttheexitpressureofrelief-pressureval
34、veuntilitisinaproperplace.调整节流阀出l流量至合适位置：Adjusttheexitflowofthethrottlevalveuntilitisinaproperplace.7.3 检查电气柜的密封状况，刚好更换老化的橡胶密封垫：Inspectthesealingconditionoftheelectricalcabinet,andreplacetheagedrubbergasketintime.7.4 检杳隔爆型电气箱的隔爆面，应刚好除锈并涂抹防锈油。Inspectexplosion-proofpanelofelectricalcabinet,andremoverustandpaintrust-proofoilintime.7.贮存Storage电气柜贮存在干燥、通风、无腐蚀性物质的仓库中。Storetheelectricalcabinetinadry,ventilatedandnoncorrosivesubstancewarehouse8.随机文件Documentsattachedtogetherwithmachinea.产品合格证一份；Onecopyofproductacceptancecertificationb.产品运用说明书份；Onepyofoperationinstruction
