13、tyreportsoninterconnectednetworkssha1.1Bain1.yinc1.udethenatureandscopeofnetworkingservices,technica1.progransofnetworking,econonicana1.yses,InanagCfnen1.andsafetymeasures,etc.第十条接入网络必须通过互联网格进行国际联网.不得以其他方式进行国际联网.Article 10 Aworksthroughinterconnectednetworks.Iworkingconductedinotherwaysisprohibited.

19、接入单位应当向经营性互联单位主管部门申请领取国际联网经营许可证.Accessunitsengagedintrans-provincia1.(orregiona1.municipa1.)operationssha1.1.app1.ytocompetentauthoritieschargedwiththeadministrationofprofit-workingbusiness1icenses.在木省(区)、市内经酋的接入弟位应当向抬首性互联单位主管部门或者经其授权的省级主管部门申请领取国际联网经营许可证.Accessunitsengagedinbusinessoperationswithint

26、rnationa1.inwardandoutwardchanne1.sandinterconnectedunitssha1.1subnitreportsabouttheirnetworkoperation,businessdeve1.opmentandorganinationa1.managementinthepreviousyeartotheofficeof1.eadingGroupforInforiKitionTechno1.ogyAdvancementundertheStateCounci1.第二十条互联单位、接入堆位和用户应当遵守国家有关法律、行政法规，严格执行田家安全保密制度：Article 20 Interconnectedunits,accessunitsandsubscriberssha1.1.abidebyre1.evantState1.awsandregu1.ationsandstrict1.yobserveru1.esonsafetyandsecurity.不得利用国际联网从小危害国家安全、泄购国家秘密等违法犯罪活动.不知制作、鱼同、H制和传播妨将社会治安和洋秽色情等。害信息，TheyarenotAIIOWedtoengageinactivitiesattheexpenseofStatesecu
