However, this requirement is not applied to wires of conductor diameter less than 0.20 mm. 4.8 Conductor resistance and tolerance thereon 4.8.1 Conductor resistance The conductor resistance shall comply with the appropriate provisions of JIS C 2521, JIS C 2522 and JIS C 2532, when - - - the test of 6.2.8 is carried. out. The resistance of conductors of other sizes than those specified shall e have the value calculated from the formula shown in 6.2.8 by using the dimensions agreed upon between the parties concerned with acceptance, for the time being. 4.8.2 Tolerance on conductor resistance The tolerances on conductor resistances of wires shall be as given in Table 2. The tolerances on conductor resistances of wires with dimensions other than those specified shall be as given in Table 3. If the number of pinholes does not meet the specified value, retest may be made by sampling further two specimens from the same coil or bobbin. this case both two specimens shall comply with the specification of Table 4. This requirement is not applied to oleo-resinous enamelled wires and oleo-resinous enamelled and silk covered wires. 4.9.6 Resistance to chemicals When the test of 6.2.14 is carried out the resistance to chemicals of film shall be such that no bubble nor blister takes place on the film and the film does not peel off. 4.9.7 Solderability The solderability test shall be carried out on copper-nickel resistance wires covered with polyurethane film and general copper-nickel resistance wires class 49, class 30, class 15, class 10 and class 5, as specified in 6.2.15, and the results shall be such that the specimen is sufficiently wetted by solder and no scum shall remain. 5 . Dimensions and tolerances on dimensions 5 . 1 Dimensions and tolerance on dimensions of wires The dimensions and tolerances on dimensions of wires shall comply with the specification of Table 2, when the test of 6.2.16 is carried out. However, the diameter of wire with dimensions other than those specified may be agreed upon between the parties concerned with acceptance, for the time being. In such a case the tolerances on dimensions shall be as specified in Table 6.
