毛泽东的民本思想 【中文摘要】 毛泽东的民本思想是以马克思主义为指导,建立在马克思主义唯物史观基础之上的历史唯物主义群众史观,它既吸取了中国传统文化的精髓,又将马克思主义唯物史观与中国革命实践相结合。对毛泽东民本思想进行研究,不仅有助于我们深入学习毛泽东思想,而且对于我们在新的历史条件下探讨研究如何坚持以人为本,建设社会主义和谐社会有着重要理论意义。本文主要运用了历史唯物主义的方法,文献研究的方法,历史与逻辑相结合的方法,通过对毛泽东民本思想内容的总结和概括,揭示其特点,分析其不足,在此基础上,站在当今时代,对毛泽东民本思想进行反思,挖掘其理论价值,为更好地推进以人为本,建设社会主义和谐社会服务。基于此,本文从首先理论上分析和考察了毛泽东民本思想的来源和理论基础,揭示了中国传统民本思想、近代西方民主主义思潮和马克思主义唯物史观对毛泽东民本思想的影响和作用,分析和概括了毛泽东民本思想的具体内容,即:第一,“人民,只有人民,才是创造世界历史的动力”;第二,“力量的来源就是人民群众”;第三,“一切从人民的利益出发”;第四,“让人民来监督政府”;第五,“从群众中来,到群众中去”。在此基础上,总结和分析了毛泽东民本思想的四个特点:一是充分肯定群众价值的伟大性;二是努力追求社会公平的彻底性;三是始终坚持思想改造的重要性;四是特别强调集体利益的优先性。最后,通过对毛泽东民本思想进行当代思考,指出其民本思想的不足在于:对领导者、管理者和知识分子重视不够;迷信群众运动,导致运动扩大化;重视民主作风建设,忽视民主法制建设;传统负面因素的影响等等。并强调,毛泽东民本思想的理论价值和当代启示在于:以“最广大群众利益”为出发点,协调社会各阶层的利益关系;以“人民当家作主”为目标,进行政治体制改革;以“全心全意为人民服务”为宗旨,改革完善党的领导和执政方式;以“让人民监督政府”为核心,完善民主监督制度。【英文摘要】 Mao Zedong s people is the ideological guidance of Marxism, based on Marxist historical materialism,historical materialism of the masses based on history,it draws on the essence of traditional Chinese culture,another Marxist historical materialism and the Chinese Revolution practice.Mao Zedong Thought the people of this study will not only help our in-depth study of Mao Zedong Thought,but also for us in the new historical conditions to explore how to adhere to the people-oriented, building a harmonious socialist society has an important theoretical significance.This paper used the method of historical materialism, literature research methods,history and logic of a combination of methods,the people of Mao Zedong Thought and summarized the contents of the summary,and reveal the characteristics of its shortcomings,and on this basis,from the contemporary era,the ideology of Mao Zedongs people to reflect on,and tap its theoretical value,in order to better promote people-centered, building a socialist harmonious society.Based on this,this article from the first analysis and theory people visited the Mao Zedong Thought and the theoretical basis of the source,revealing the people of the traditional Chinese thinking,modern Western democracy and Marxist historical materialism thought of Mao Zedong Thought the people of the influence and role,analysis,and Mao Zedong summarized the public the specific content of this thinking, namely:First,”the people,only people,are the driving force for the creation of the history of the world”.The second,”a source of strength is the people”.Third,”all the interests of the people”,the fourth,”let the people to supervise Government”,The fifth,from “the masses,to the masses,” On this basis,a summary and analysis of Mao Zedong Thought the people of the four characteristics:First,fully affirmed the great value of the masses;Second,the pursuit of social justice efforts of the total,Third,always thinking of the importance of the transformation;Fourth with particular emphasis on the priority of collective interests.Finally,the people of Mao Zedong Thought for contemporary thought,the people pointed out that the lack of this thinking is” on the leaders,managers and intellectuals,has not placed enough emphasis;superstitious mass movement,led to the expansion campaign;attention to the building of a democratic style of the neglect of democracy and the rule of law building;
