2、富裕来看，农村集体经济发展壮大都是非常必要的。发展壮大农村集体经济是贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中全会精神的具体体现，是破解三农;问题，加强基层组织建设、维护农村社会稳定的重要条件，是扎实推进新农村建设和实现共同富裕的基本途径和有效手段。新中国成立以来，中国共产党把实现全体人民共同富裕作为奋斗目标，经过改革开放的几十年实践，我国国民经济发展已经出现了快速增长，人民的生活水平也不断提高。然而，农村集体经营层次的经济实力和服务能力弱的问题却比较突出。针对农村集体经济的发展以及它在农业现代化实现过程中的重要地位，党的十七大提出要积极探索农村集体经济的有效实现形式;、走中国特色农业现代化道路;,党的十
3、七届三中全会决定又强调发展集体经济、增强集体组织服务功能;,党的十八大报告和十八届三中全会再次强调壮大集体经济实力;、发展壮大集体经济;.本文以宏观经济学、农业经济学、农村发展战略、制度经济学等有关理论为指导，基于共同富裕的实现视角出发，紧紧围绕农村集体经济发展和壮大展开论述。在阐述农村集体经济内涵、主要功能基础上，从推动生产力发展、加速社会主义建设、促进市场经济的发展、增加劳动力就业四方面，论证了发展壮大农村集体经济是实现共同富裕的必由之路，最后针对农村集体经济发展现实状况，提出了发展壮大农村经济实现共同富裕的对策建议。关键词：农村集体经济；共同富裕；发展AbstractSince the
