    24、PlanningInprocesses,theauditclientandtheauditeecanbedifferent.Theirrolesandresponsibilitiesintheprocesscanalsobedifferent.Forexample,aprocesscanbeowneroperatedandmaintainedbyasingleorganization.Theprocesscanalsobeowned,operatedandmaintainedbydifferentorganizations.Theenergyauditorshouldobtainaprelim

    25、inarydescriptionofthesiteandtheprocessfromtheorganizationorfromasitevisit.NOTE1Thepreliminarycontactcanbebytelephone,webinar,meetingorotherremoteinteractivediscussions.Theenergyauditscopeandboundariesshouldbedefinedandagreedbetweentheenergyauditorandtheauditclient.Ataminimum:a) theauditclientshouldh

    29、2(buildings)orISO50002-3(processes);dependingonthenatureoftheactivities,theauditormayalsorelyonthegeneralframeworkofISO50002-1.Thisdecisionandtheagreedscopeshouldbeclearlystatedinthefinalenergyauditreport(see5.8).ISO50002-1:2025,AnnexA,describesthreedifferenttypesofenergyaudit,eachhavingadifferentl

    30、evelofdetailandthoroughness.Thelevelofdetailagreedbythepartieswillhaveanimpacton: application; businessneeds; datacollection; analysis; opportunitiesidentification; opportunitiesevaluation; outputs; thetimeon-site.Foreachauditedprocess,theenergyauditorandorganizationshouldagreeontherelevantpersonnel

    31、andtheirroleswhichhaveanimpactonenergyconsumption,andshouldproposeapreliminarylistofdatatobecollected.5.3 OpeningmeetingNoadditionalguidancetoISO50002-1.5.4 DatacollectionThedatacollectioncanbecarriedoutoverseveralstagesduringanenergyaudit.Duringdatacollection,theenergyauditorshould:a) collectandco

    32、llateappropriateenergydatathatsupporttheauditobjectives,therequiredauditscopeandthelevelofthoroughnessoftheenergyaudit,including:1) siteinformationincludingbuilding,boundaryandotherrelevantinformation;2) utilityinformation;3) productionprocessinformation;i) productspecification;ii) mainprocessesequi

    33、pmentinvolvedintheprocess(drawings,otherrelevanttechnicaldataanddatasheets);iii) currentoperatingconditions(setpoints)ofutilitiesandproductionprocess;iv) otherconsiderationsthatcanimpactenergyperformanceonanon-routinebasis(staticfactors);v) specificconditionsandconstraintsforprocessandenvironment(se

    36、1 GeneralTheenergyauditorshouldreviewtheinformationcollectedandprovidedbytheorganization.Thisiscarriedouttoensurethattheinformationiscompleteandrepresentativeandtoidentifyfurtherinformationandmeasurementneeds.Ifthedatarequestedarenotavailable,theenergyauditorshoulddefinethemethodtoobtainthenecessary

    37、information(e.g.measurements,estimates,modelling).Itisalsopossibletoidentifypreliminaryopportunitiesforenergyperformanceimprovementorareasforinvestigationduringthesitevisit.5.5.2 PreliminarydataanalysisTheenergyauditorshouldcarryoutananalysisofthedatacollectedto:a) undertakeapreliminaryanalysisofthe

    38、processenergybalanceonthebasisofenergydata;b) establishtherelevantvariablesandstaticfactors;c) identifysignificantenergyuses(SEUs);d) establishtherelevantenergyperformanceindicators(EnPIs);e) evaluatethedistributionofenergyconsumption(consumptionbreakdown)ifpossible,dependingonthemeasureddataavailab

    39、le;f) ifthereissufficientinformation,establishaninitialenergyreference(energybaseline)tobeusedforquantifyingtheimpactsofenergyperformanceimprovementactions(EPIAs);g) planfurtherdatacollectionandmeasurementtobecarriedoutduringfieldwork.TheenergyauditorshoulddevelopapreliminarylistofEPIAs.5.5.3 Datame

    40、asurementplanIftherearemissingdataandinformation,dependingonthescopeoftheenergyauditandlevelofthoroughness,theenergyauditorshould:a) requestthemissinginformationfromtheorganization;b) carryoutadditionalmeasurementsduringthesitevisit;c) makeanassumptionaboutthedatabasedonexperienceandcompetence(andpr

    41、ovidedetailsintheenergyauditreport).Whereadditionalon-sitemeasurementisdeterminedtobefeasible,ISO50002-1outlinesashortlistofdatathatcanbemeasuredwhileon-site.Theenergyauditorshouldalsoreviewthecollecteddata(andeventualdatameasurement)toseewhethertheenergyauditobjective(三)andauditscopearestillappropr

    43、pecttheprocesseswithintheauditscopeinordertoachievetheauditobjective.Thisincludes:a) collectinganymissingdataneededforanalysis;b) confirmingthesuitabilityofenergybaselineifavailable;c) confirmingtheenergyconsumption,energybalance,relevantvariablesandstaticfactorsifanEnMShasalreadybeenintroduced;d) c

    46、services,generalservices)toacost-effectivenesslevel;c) abreakdownoftheenergyconsumptionbyprocessesinabsolutenumberandinconsistentenergyunit(iftheactivityistimevarying,itisrecommendedtoestablishtheenergyconsumptionatdifferenttimeperiodsinrelationtotheprocesses);d) ademonstrationofanenergybalancebetwe

    47、enenergyconsumptionandenergylossesbasedonanappropriatemethod.EXAMPLEMaterialandenergybalance,Sankeydiagram,steady-statecomputersimulation.Iffeasible,theenergyauditorshoulddeterminetheenergyconsumptionwithoutproductionoractivity(baseload).Theenergybalanceandbreakdownshouldberepresentativeoftheenergyi
