1、XX中医药大学国际教育学院外籍教师管理条例根据国家教育部、XX省教育厅对于外籍教师管理的相关规定，制定本条例，并使在XX中医药大学国际教育学院从教的每位外籍教师知悉和遵守本条例。此条例没有规定的，参照合同。合同另有约定的，依照合同。1、外籍教师须按照合同遵守中国法律、法规、宗教政策及其它相关政策。遵守学校有关规章制度。2、外籍教师须具有从事国际教育的职业道德，尊重不同国家的风俗习惯，尊重其他种族和他国主权，不得做有损他人或他国的事。与他人和谐相处，相互尊重，增进友谊。3、外籍教师不得参加和教学无关的政治活动和社会活动，不得干涉中国内政，不得进行非法宗教活动，不得传教。4、外教须在入境后24小时
2、内将护照交于学院管理部门，配合居留许可证的办理（待学校复印存底后归还护照）；并提供一张一寸免冠照用于办理临时身份证明，以确保外教出行安全。5、外籍教师需遵守外专管理工作规程，接受学校对其工作的安排、指导和评价。6、外籍教师需根据学院教学安排、依据教学大纲完成教学任务，确保教学质量。教学内容不得涉及宗教。依照学校考试制度完成各项考评考试，不泄露考题，公正评分。配合学院对学生进行各项教学管理。参加教学会议和必要的课外活动。7、外籍教师未经相关教学部门允许，外教不得相互代课，不得更改上课时间或地点。8、外籍教师须爱护公寓及其内各项设施、爱护教学设施及其他公共设施。9、外籍教师在合同期自行出游，须告知
3、学院管理部门其出游行程，联系方式及返校时间。外出期间请勿乘坐无牌或超载车辆。10、外教离开宿舍时请检查门锁，不要将贵重物品和现金留在宿舍；应将宿舍钥匙随身携带，不要借予其他人，包括学生。11、为保证安全，外教不允许在校外住宿。如果有特殊情况，须提前书面告知外事办公室。12、外籍教师应遵守有关的会客制度，不得在寝室单独辅导异性学生，督促访客按规定时间离开宿舍，不得在宿舍里留宿他人。13、外籍教师须安全使用各种设施，不可拆卸电源接口，电灯开关或插座；不可私自拉线；离开寝室前须关闭电器和煤气开关；未经允许不得使用大功率电器和易燃易爆物品。14、外籍教师须严格遵守中国的新冠疫情防控管理，配合学校做好疫

TeachersmustobservetherelevantlawsanddecreesformulatedbytheChinesegovernment;ObeytheChinesepolicyonreligious.TeachersmustobservetherelevantregulationsestablishedbytheUniversity.2. Foreignteachersmusthaveprofessionalethicsinint
6、ernationaleducationandrespectthecustomsofdifferentcountries,respectotherracesandthesovereigntyofothercountries,andshallnotdoanythingharmfultoothersorothercountries.Teachersshouldmaintainthefriendshipthatdevelopswithinteractionsofpeoplefromdifferentcountriesonthebasisofmutualrespect,unityandharmony.3
7、 Foreignteachersareprohibitedfromparticipatinginpoliticalandsocialactivitiesunrelatedtoteaching.ForeignteachersareprohibitedfrominterferinginChinasinternalaffairs,carryingoutillegalreligiousactivitiesandpreaching.4. Teachersshouldsubmittothemanagementofcollegewithin24hoursafterarrivaltheirpassports
8、whichwillbereturnedatafterbeingphotocopied,andcooperatetofulfillthenecessaryproceduresforresidentpermit.EachTeachershouldaffordonepassport-sizedphotoforthetransitionalidentitycardwhichissupposedtobetakenbytheteachersallthetimeforthesakeofsecurity.5. Foreignteachersshallobservetheworksystemandregulat
9、ionsconcerningtheadministrationofforeignexpertsandshallacceptUniversity,sarrangement,direction,supervisionandevaluationinregardtotheirwork.6. Foreignteachersshallcompletetheteachingtasksinaccordancewiththeteachingscheduleandguaranteethequalityofwork,whichincludes:totakeattendanceineveryclass;toconsc
10、ientiouslyteachasperthesyllabusagreeduponbybothsidesinaccordancewiththeteachingprogram.Foreignteachersshallattendallteachingmeetingsandnecessaryextracurricularactivitiesonthebasisofthecontract.Nocontentsrelatedwithreligiousinclass.7. Teachersshallnotsubstituteoneanotherinclassorchangetimetable,class
11、roomwithoutthepermissionfromrelevantteachingaffairsoffice.8. Foreignteachersshouldtakegoodcareoftheapartmentanditsfacilities,teachingfacilitiesandotherpublicfacilities.9. Teachers,whotravelbythemselveswithinthevalidcontractperiod,shouldreporttotheFAOtheirtravelplans,methodsofcontactandreturntime.Tea
12、chersshouldnottakeanyoverloadedorunlicensedvehicleswhenyouaretravelingoutside.10. Teachersmustlocktheirapartment,donotleaveanyvaluables,cashorimportantdocumentsbehindbeforegoingawayfromapartment.Apartmentkeyshouldbecarriedallthetimewithoutlendingtoanyoneelse,includingstudents.11. Forsafety,teachersa
13、renotallowedtostayover-nightoffcampus;iftheyhavetodothatincaseofemergency,theyneedtoinformmanagementofcollegeinadvanceinwriting.12. Teachersshallabidebyrelevantrulesorregulationsforvisitorsestablishedbytheschool;Urgevisitorstoleaveatstipulatedtime.Donotaccommodateanyoneintheapartmentovernight.Tutori
14、ngstudentofopposite-sexaloneintheapartmentisalsoforbidden.13. Teachersmustuseallkindsoffacilitiessafely.Teachersareforbiddentoremovethecoveringsfromelectricalaccessports,lightswitchesorplugs.Refitanyelectricwireisneitherpermitted;Teachersshouldswitchoffallelectricalappliancesandgastankbeforegoingawa
15、yfromapartment;donotusehigh-wattappliances,inflammableorexplosivesubstanceswithoutpermission.14. ForeignteachersmuststrictlyabidebyChina,sCOVID-19preventionandcontrolmanagement,cooperatewithschooltodowellinepidemicpreventionandcontrolmeasures,andforeignteachersinChinamustdothedailyhealthreport.15.
