2、 Abstract The dry matter, crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, crude ash, ether extract, P and Ca of 17 Arachis Linn. accessions were tested in present study. The results showed that the crude protein ranged from 15.23% to 17.12%, with an average of 16.04%; the crude fiber ranged from 19.56% to 22
3、.33%, with an average of 20.85 %; the crude fat ranged from 5.15% to 6.47%, with an average of 5.73%; the crude ash ranged from 7.16% to 9.37%, with an average of 8.34%; the ether extract ranged from 32.16% to 38.29%, with an average of 32.51%; the content of p ranged from 0.20% to 0.32%, with an av
4、erage of 0.27%; and the content of Ca ranged from 1.24% to 1.72%, with an average of 1.50%. Evaluation of the nutritional quality by AHP with crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, and ether extract as the indicator, the results showed the A05 Arachis pintoi which collected from putian, Fujian provi
5、nce had the highest nutritional value (15.74%), the lowest was A09 (A. pintoi cv. Amarillo) (14.82%). 6、Linn.)是一种多年生豆科牧草,分布在巴西、阿根廷、玻利维亚及乌拉圭等地1。营养价值及观赏价值高,适应性及繁殖能力强,近年来,在海南、广东、广西、福建、云南等地被广泛应用于草地畜牧业及园林绿化等方面。目前,中国落花生育种水平还很低,育成品种少,通过国家审定登记的落花生品种仅有2个,分别是由福建农科院生态研究所选育的阿玛瑞罗平托落花生(A. pintoi Krap. & Greg. cv. Amarillo)和中国热带农业科学院热带作物品种资源研究所选育的热研12号平托落花生(A. pintoi Krap. & Greg. cv. Reyan No.12)。因此亟需选育产量高、营养价值高的落花
7、生品种来满足目前草地畜牧业及园林绿化的需要。 营养价值是衡量牧草质量的重要组成部分,同时也是评价牧草利用价值高低的主要指标2。营养价值的评价一直以来都是牧草科学家关注的焦点,评价营养价值的方法有很多,大多以营养成分含量为主,粗蛋白质是非常重要的指标3-7。因此,本研究选取17份落花生材料,测定不同落花生营养期干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分、无氮浸出物、钙和磷等含量,应用层次分析法评价其营养价值,为落花生优良品种的选育提供理论依据。 1 材料和方法 1.1 供试材料 本研究所用的17份落花生材料来源详见表1。 1.2 方法 1.2.1 试验地概况 试验地设在海南省儋州市中国热带农业科学院
