1、政法委副书记个人工作总结政法委副书记个人工作总结 在县委、县人民政府的领导下，在政法委领导班子的领导下，20_年元至3月份，本人担任政法委副书记、610办主任；4月份至年底，按照组织安排担任主任科员、政法委执法监督室主任一职。现将一年来的工作总结如下： 一、加强政治理论学习，提高思想觉悟，参与队伍建设见成效。本人无论在领导岗位还是改非岗位，坚持以邓小平理论和三个代表重要思想为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，贯彻落实党的十八大精神，坚持中国共产党的领导，热爱社会主义，思想上、行动上始终与党中央保持高度一致。讲政治，讲原则，认真贯彻执行党的路线、方针和政策，自觉遵守国家的法律法规，把创先争优贯穿于本

2、职工作。一是抓好党建工作，作为党支部书记，我认真主持支部工作，组织动员学习政治、学习理论，开展和抓队伍建设方面，严格要求，认真监督，坚持抓学习，过组织生活和召开民主生活会，开展批评和自我批评，团结带领党员做好政法委各项工作，本支部被县委评为“20_年先进党支部”荣誉称号；二是组织和参加政法干警核心价值观主题教育教育活动，参与群众路线教育实践活动，亲自布置、亲自检查工作，力求思想觉悟的提高，为本委干部职工和政法部门干警起带头模范的作用，最大限度提高社会公众的满意度。二、积极参与政法委各项政务活动，业务工作有所建树。本人不图名不图利，敬业奉献，任劳任怨，工作认真负责，积极参与政法各项工作。一是积极

3、做好政法办工作。在分管政法办期间，我创新观念，统揽大局，按照县委的工作部署，积极谋划政法委工作，做好全年工作计划安排，形成文件下发，指导乡镇政法委和政法部门工作意见；做好协调工作，让政法委机关工作保持高效运转，畅通上传下达渠道，保证县委决策能在政法系统贯彻落实；统揽协调政法委机关和政法部门工作关系，盘活政法、组织、维稳、反邪教等等工作，起到桥梁纽带作用；做好机关后勤保障工作，联系工作经费，做好经费安排，保证政法委办公室工作业务的开展，车辆用油、通讯工具正常使用，政法办工作运转正常。二是认真组织开展反邪教斗争工作。在分管610工作期间，我明白自己的重担，明确工作的重要性。同“”等邪教组织斗争了1

4、0年，已经占领了斗争的主动权，占领了斗争的主阵地。但是我们面对的敌对势力依然存在，外界影响依然存在，斗争形势依然严峻。我县“”人员虽然已经成功转化，但是极少数顽固分子依然危险，时时可能冒出来进行破坏活动，进行反社会活动，可能干惊天动地的事情，可能制造事端聚众闹事，进邕上京。所以，我一方面认真做好排查稳控工作，确保没有“”邪教违法犯罪案件；另一方面，认真部署开展创建“无邪教县”活动，动员乡镇、单位宣传教育群众相信科学，反对邪教，动员学校做好学生防范邪警示教育，提高广大群众、学生的反邪教意识。期间没有发生邪教案件，我县反邪教工作得到市、自治区610办领导的肯定。三是做好执法监督室工作。在分管执法监

5、督工作特别是4月份改非具体负责执法监督室工作以后，我亲自布置开展执法检查活动3次，开展案件评查，完成100个案件的评查，政法各部门案件质量良好；我亲自参加大接访活动2次，积极化解矛盾纠纷12起，认真解决群众来信来访问题；我亲自组织协调政法部门疑难案件2次，督办案件1起；我积极参与政法委员会全体会议，总结分析p p 政法工作，查找存在问题，向主要领导提交工作意见。四是参与社会管理综合治理工作。一是积极筹划综治宣传活动，组织做好政法综治宣传，认真抓好综治宣传活动的安排，在县城、乡村有针对性的宣传政法综治工作，动员群众参与治安防范；筹划宣传我县先进人物的先进事迹；二是参加平安建设工作，积极组织筹划严

6、打整治斗争，组织政法部门对大案要案违法犯罪人员的抓捕工作；三是深入乡镇排查各类不稳定因素，获取信息，为领导决策提供第一手材料；参与调解多个信访案件和矛盾纠纷案件；参与指导农村治安防控工作；参与组织、指导“百村千屯万民共创平安和谐县”活动的开展，参与开展无吸毒、无邪教、无违法“三无”平安家庭创建活动，20_年全县综治工作达标。三、带头服务群众，抓好中心工作。本人深入群众，与群众保持关系好。一是到联系点东陵乡积极开展农村工作，具体到高国村和多柏村开展帮扶工作。七一、春节前夕，组织党员干部捐款，到挂点村进行党支部联谊，慰问困难党员，召开党员群众座谈会，交流工作经验，探讨生产生活，进行社会主义新农村指
