3、tScholarshipstudents.AccordingtotherelevantpoliciesofChinaScholarshipCouncil,XXUniversityofChineseMedicineisgoingtorecruitChineseGovernmentScholarshipHigh-levelPostgraduateProgramstudentsin202X.一、申请资格L申请人须为非中国籍公民，且符合教育部教外函（2020）12号文要求；2 .遵守中国政府的法律法规，遵守学校的规章制度，身体健康状况良好，无犯罪记录；3 .学历和年龄要求：攻读硕士学位者，应当具有医学

4、相关学士学位或同等学力，且学业成绩优良，年龄一般不超过35周岁；攻读博士学位者，应当具有医学相关硕士学位或同等学力，且学业成绩优良，年龄一般不超过40周岁；4 .申请汉语为授课语言的，汉语水平要达到HSK四级。IEligibility1) Applicantsmustbenon-ChinesecitizensandmeettherequirementssetbytheDocumentNo.12(2020)oftheMinistryofEducationofthePRC;2) ApplicantsshouldabidebythelawsandregulationsoftheChinesegove

6、degreemusthaveexcellentperformancewithmastersdegree(degreeinmedicineorrelateddiscipline)oritsequivalentandbeundertheageof40;4) ApplicantswhoapplyforChinese-mediaprogramshouldreachHSKlevel4.二、申请材料1 .中国政府奖学金申请表（中文或英文填写）；2 .个人普通护照首页，且护照有效期在202X年9月之后；3 .经公证的最高学历，如材料为中英文以外文本，需提供经公证的中英文翻译件；4 .经公证的本人学习成绩单。

7、攻读硕士学位者须提供本科阶段成绩单；攻读博士学位者须提供本科阶段和硕士研究生阶段成绩单；如材料为中英文以外文本，需提供经公证的中英文翻译件；5 .两封相关专业教授或副教授的推荐信，推荐信用中文或英文书写；6 .学术论文或成果；7 .语言能力证明。HSK证书或托福/雅思成绩单。申请汉语为授课语言的，如申请者曾以汉语为教学语言获得中国高校学位的，则无需提供HSK证明；8 .来华学习计划。不少于100O字，用中文或英文书写。计划内容包括但不限于申请人对学校和申请专业的了解，选择就读我校该专业的理由，个人学术科研规划等；9 .外国人体格检查表，检查结果有效期为6个月；10 .无犯罪记录证明，应为提交申

21、larshipstudentsstudyingatouruniversity.Thescholarshipcoverstuition,accommodation,medicalinsuranceandlivingallowancewhilestayinginChina.六、录取与报到注册1 .学校将对申请者的申请材料进行审核，并对初审合格的申请者安排面试，择优推荐人选至国家留学基金委。2 .拟录取人选由学校报国家留学基金委评审。学校将向评审通过者邮寄录取通知书和外国留学人员来华签证申请表(JW201表)等相关资料。3 .中国政府奖学金新生应在规定时间内到校报到注册。不能按时报到者，须向学校说明

22、情况。无故逾期两周不报到者，报留学基金委后，取消入学资格。VIAdmissionandRegistration1. Schoolwillreviewallapplicantsapplicationmaterials,arrangetheadmissioninterviewandrecommendtheoutstandingcandidatestotheCSC.2. NewChineseGovernmentScholarshipstudentsshouldcompleteregistrationproceduresbeforetheregistrationdeadline.Thosewhoareunabletoregisterontimeshouldreporttotheschoolinadvance.Thosewhohavefailedtoregistertwoweeksafterthedead

24、linewillbedisqualifiedafterreportingtotheChinaScholarshipCouncil.七、其他1 .被录取的学生应需持申请时递交的材料原件，按JW201表和录取通知书上规定的时间到XX中医药大学办理报到手续。2 .学校将在国际学生报到时进行资格复查，有以下情形之一者，由学校报留基委备案取消其入学资格：所持材料与申请时所提交材料不一致，体检不合格，或其他违规行为。所产生的各类费用由学生本人承担。3 .奖学金获得者来华后将按照中国政府奖学金有关规定进行管理，根据中国政府奖学金年度评审办法参加奖学金年度评审。奖学金年度评审不合格者，将被中止或取消奖学金资格

25、4 .有关中国政府奖学金的其他要求请查询国家留学基金委网站。5 .如未被录取为我校中国政府奖学金生，申请者还可申请我校其他研究生项目。V11Others1. Schoolwillrechecktheapplicant,sdocumentswhentheapplicantarrivesatschool.Thes

Scholarshipstudentsshouldobservethereleva

27、ntregulationsontheChineseGovernmentScholarship.ScholarshipstudentsmustgothroughtheannualreviewoftheChineseGovernmentScholarship.Ifthestudentsfailedintheannualreview,thescholarshipwillbeterminatedorcanceled.4.
