1、英文原文Unigraphics(UG)isthecompanysownsoftwareproducts,originatedintheUnitedStatesofAmericaMcDonnellDouglasAircraftCompany,withCAD/CAE/CAMintegrationisknown,andcansupportdifferenthardwareplatforms.Sixtytimebecomethecommercialsoftware,manyAmericancompaniesused.In1991thecompanymergedwithEDSUG.Overtheyear

2、s,UGsoftwarebringstogethertheUnitedStatesindustrialheartandsoul-Aerospaceandautomotiveindustryexperience,developedintoaworld-classintegratedmechanicalCAD/CAE/CAMsoftware,andwasmorethantheUnitedStatesandtheworldfamouscompanyselectedforenterprisecomputeraideddesign,analysisandmanufacturingstandards.UG

3、in1990toentertheChinesemarket,andquicklywithitsadvancedtheoreticalbasis,astrongengineeringbackground,perfectfunctionandprofessionaltechnicalservice,towinthemajorityofChineseCAD/CAMcustomers.Atpresent,settheworldfirst-classproductdesign,engineeringandmanufacturingsysteminaUGsoftwarehasbeenwidelyusedi

4、ndomesticaerospace,automotive,generalmachineryandmoldandotherfields. （1） NX/Gateway(NXentrancemodule)NXentrancemoduleisconnectedtoalltheothermodulesofNXsoftwareframework,istolaunchtheNXsoftwaretorunwhenthefirstmodule,themoduleofNXsoftwaretoeachoftheothermoduleoperationprovidesaunifieddatabasesupport

5、andthebottomofawindowofthegraphicalinteractiveenvironment,implementationincludesopen,create,storetheNXmodel,screenlayout,theviewdefinition,modeldisplay,blanking,coloring,zoom,rotation,modelroaming,layermanagement,drawingoutputqueuemanagementmodule,drawingmachine,therighttotheuseoffloatingmanagementf

6、unctionssuchas. （2） NXTcEngManagerNX(TcEngNXManagerNXmanager)NXManagerNXmanageristoprovideNXworkinggroupmanagementsolutions.NXManagerprovidesentrylevelsecuritydatabase,tocontrolandprotectionofNXCADdata.TeamcenterEngineering(projectcoordination)willbeextendedtothemanagementenvironmentofCADdata,regard

7、lessofwhetherthedatafromIdeasNXSeries,NX,SolidEdge,CAMandCAEsystemorarivalCADproducts,systemthroughworkflowmanagement,changemanagement,configurationmanagementandothercharacteristicsofproductsforcustomerstoprovideimportantvalue. （3） CADTcEngManagerServer(TcEngCADManagerServermanager)CADManagerServerm

8、anagerlicensecannotonlymaketheCADclientcanmanageCADdata,alsooffersarangeofentry-levelTeamcenterEngineeringfunction,suchasworkspacemanagement,commonshell,systemadministrators,anddatabaseconnection.CADManagerServermanagerlicenseincludesasystemadministratoraccessdatabase. （4） VisualizationTcEngBase(vis

9、view_base)/VisualBasicUsingtheNXintegratedvisualizationtools,alltheteammemberscanseethevirtualproductsthroughouttheproductlifecycleevolutionprocess,withouthavingknowledgeoftheoperationofCADsystem.Visualexperienceanincreaseofinformation,enhancetheproductdefinition,thanbytextandfilelistcanknowmoreinfo

10、rmation.Thesystemnotonlythroughthesupportofindustryleadinggraphicssolutionsobserveddrawings;alsosupportssuchasPDFstandardforofficedocumentsandwordprocessingdocuments.Visualizationsothattheusercanobserveparts,components,drawingoranyindependentandcreateadataCADsystemdesign,engineeringormanufacturingin

11、formation.Thedevelopmentteammemberscanbeinsertedintotheannotationorlabel,sothatthevirtualdesignreviewclearlycommunicateproductproblem. （5） XpresReview(XpressReviewnetworkpublicationandreview)XpresReviewTMisanindependentviewer,whichallowstheviewfromtheothersavedbytheapplicationsoftwarepackagecollabor

12、ationfile(.PCF),withouttheneedtoloadtheapplication.Softwarepackageforcollaborativedocument(.PCF)contains2Dor3DgraphicalrepresentationofCADdocuments,andmayhavebeenaddedtotheCADfileofanymarkerormeasurementinformation.TherecipientcommandallowstheusertopackagePCFfileusedasmarkersandautomaticallyaddthist

13、agfilesase-mailattachments.Themarkupdocumentissenttotheothers,canbesetuptosendandopentagfileoptions.Softwarepackageforcollaborativedocument(.PCF)contains2Dor3DgraphicalrepresentationofCADdocuments,andmayhavebeenaddedtotheCADfileofanymarkerormeasurementinformation.TheusercanbederivedfromapluralityofC

14、ADdocumentviewsandlabeleddataisstoredintoa.PCFfile.XpresReviewisprovidedtoallowausertochangethedisplaycommand.Thesecommandsareavailableornotdependsontheuserisviewingthefiletype.Forthethree-dimensionalmodel,theusercanperformsuchoperations,suchasrotation,scalingmodelapplicationnamedview,andcreateamode

15、lofthecrosssection.Forthetwo-dimensionaldrawings,userscanview,suitableformobileview,zoomvieworrotatetheview.Whentheuserpressesthedesiredsetdisplay,i.e.itcanbeprintedout. （6） AssemblyModeling(modeling)NX/assemblymodelingmoduleisprovidedinparallelwiththetop-downandbottom-upproductdevelopmentmethod,the

16、generationofassemblymodeldataispartofthepartlinkimage,ensuretheassemblymodelandpartsdesigncompletelycorrelation,andimprovedthesoftwareperformance,reducesthestoragespacerequirements.Partsdesignmodificationsafterassemblymodelofpartswillbeupdatedautomatically,whileintheassemblyenvironmentdirectlyaltert

17、hepartdesign.Themoduleisprovidedincludingacoordinatepositioningandalignment,laminating,logicaloffsetflexiblepositioningmodeandconstraints,intheassemblyarearrangedinpartsorsubassemblies,andmaydefinedifferentpartsorcomponentsparametersrelationship.Parametricassemblymodelprovidescomponentswithadditiona

18、lfeatures,canalsobeusedtoillustratethegeneralfastenersandotherrepetitiveelements.Themodulealsoprovidesauniqueassemblynavigation,search,partspartsinstalled,statisticsthenumberofcallstothedirectory,areferenceset,assemblypartiallyshadeddisplay,standardpartslibrarycallandweightcontrolrichfeaturessuchas.

19、Throughtheassemblynavigationinassemblylevel,canquicklyswitch,andallowsdirectaccesstoanypartsorassemblies,theassemblystructuredefinition,maintenance,query,statistics,selection,switchingassemblydesigntaskisveryeasytocomplete,andcanautomaticallygeneratesupportforsimplifiedChinesecharactersassemblysched

20、ule,whenassemblingthestructuralchangesoffashionwithlistcanbeupdatedautomatically.TheNXassemblyfunctionofintrinsicstructuremakesthedesignteamtocreateandshareverylargeproductassemblymodel,canmaketheteammembersandotherssynchronousparallelwork.Inaddition,theusercandefinethenamingorNX/Managerprojectgroup

21、datamanagementmodule,itcanalsobeusedtodesigndataversionmanagement,ensureprojectteammemberstoaccessthecorrectcomponentversion.ThemoduleandotherNXmodules,withparallelcomputingability,supportformultipleCPUhardwareplatform,canmakefulluseofthehardwareresources. （7） GripRuntime(Griprunningright)GripRuntim

33、文Unigraphics(简称UG)是公司自产软件产品，起源于美国麦道飞机公司，以CAD/CAE/CAM一体化而著称，并可支持不同的硬件平台。六十年代成为商业化软件，被众多美国公司所采用。UG于1991年并入EDS公司。多年来，UG软件汇集了美国工业的心脏和灵魂-航空航天与汽车工业的专业经验，发展成为世界一流的集成化机械CAD/CAE/CAM软件，并被多家美国和世界著名公司选定为企业计算机辅助设计、分析和制造的标准。UG于1990年进入中国市场，并很快以其先进的理论基础、强大的工程背景、完善的功能和专业化的技术服务，赢得了广大中国CAD/CAM用户的青睐。目前，集世界一流的产品设计、工程分析及

34、生产制造系统于一身的UG软件已广泛地应用于国内的航空航天、汽车、通用机械及模具等各个领域。 （1） NX/Gateway（NX入口模块）NX入口模块是连接NX软件所有其他模块的基本框架，是启动NX软件时运行的第一个模块，该模块为NX软件的其他各模块运行提供了底层的统一数据库支持和一个窗口化的图形交互环境，执行包括打开、创建、存储NX模型、屏幕布局、视图定义、模型显示、消隐、着色、放大、旋转、模型漫游、图层管理、绘图输出、绘图机队列管理、模块使用权浮动管理等关键功能。 （2） TcEng-NXManagerNX（TcEng-NXManagerNX管理器）NXManagerNX管理器是为了NX提供

35、的工作组管理解决方案。NXManager提供了入门级的安全库，以控制和保护NXCAD数据。TeamcenterEngineering（工程协同）将环境扩展到管理CAD数据之外，无论数据来自IdeasNXSeries、NX、SolidEdge、CAM和CAE系统或对手的CAD产品，系统都通过工作流管理、变更管理、管理产品配置等特性为客户提供重要的价值。 （3） TcEng-CADManagerServer（TcEng-CADManagerServer管理器） CADManagerServer管理器的license不仅可以使CAD客户端可以管理CAD数据，还提供了一系列入门级的Teamcenter

37、构件、制图或任何独立与创建数据的CAD系统的设计、工程或制造信息。开发团队成员可以插入注释或标记，以便在虚拟设计评审中明确地沟通产品问题。 （5） XpresReview（XpressReview网络发布和评审）XpresReview是一个独立的查看器，它允许查看由其他应用程序保存的软件包协作文件(.pcf)，而无需加载该应用程序。软件包协作文件(.pcf)包含二维或三维CAD文件的图形表示，以及可能已添加到CAD文件中的任何标记或测量信息。收件人命令允许用户打包pcf文件用作标记并自动添加此标记文件作为邮件的附件。将标记文档发送给他人时，可以设置发送和打开标记文件的选项。软件包协作文件(.p

39、配模型中零件数据是对零件本身的链接映像，保证装配模型和零件设计完全双向相关，并改进了软件操作性能，减少了对存储空间的需求。零件设计修改后装配模型中的零件会自动更新，同时可在装配环境下直接修改零件设计。该模块提供包括坐标系定位和逻辑对齐、贴合、偏移等灵活的定位方式和约束关系，在装配中安放零件或子装配件，并可定义不同零件或组件间的参数关系。参数化的装配建模提供描述组件间配合关系的附加功能，也可用于说明通用紧固件组和其他重复部件。该模块还提供独特的装配导航、零件搜索、零件装机数量统计、调用目录、引用集、装配部分着色显示、标准件库调用以及重量控制等丰富功能。通过装配导航，可在装配层次中快速切换，并允许

40、直接访问任何零件或子装配件，使装配结构定义、维护、查询、统计、选取、切换等装配设计任务非常方便地完成，并可自动生成支持简体汉字的装配明细表，当装配结构变化时装配明细表可自动更新。NX装配功能的内在体系结构使得设计团队能创建和共享非常大的产品级装配模型，可使团队成员与他人同步并行工作。另外，通过用户可定义的命名规则或NX/Manager项目组数据管理模块，还可对设计数据进行版本管理，确保项目组成员访问正确的部件版本。该模块和NX其他模块一样，具有并行计算能力，支持多CPU硬件平台，可充分利用硬件资源。 （7） GripRuntime(Grip运行权)GripRuntime是支持GRIP运行包。G

41、RIP是一个类FORTRAN的NX开发工具，是NX的内部开发语言。 （8） KnowledgeFusionRuntime（NXKF运行包） KnowledgeFusionRuntime是支持KF的运行包。NX除了成熟的GRIP和UFUN等二次开发工具之外，还倡导了将知识驱动技术应用于产品开发制造，并在这方面处于领先地位。由于在系统结构体系中内置了一个知识引擎的核心KnowledgeFusion，NX可以将知识这一企业的主要资产和关键竞争武器，很好地获取、重用，并通过自动化的方式应用它。 （9） ProcessStudioruntimelicense（流程工作室运行包） ProcessStudi

42、oruntime是支持ProcessStudio的运行包。 ProcessStudio是NX包含的一套专门的环境，使得有经验的人员可以为特殊的流程定义标准程序，并且可以在整个组织内重复使用该程序，从而能够应用专家的专门知识并执行经过验证的方法。NX流程工作室使许多专家能迅速地开发和测试自己的自动化工具和流程向导，无需复杂且常常是代价高昂的服务。它将公司的最佳实践和分析员的知识嵌入到工程师的日常流程中。使重复性任务自动处理可消除瓶颈并提高开发速度。这样又能给有价值的专家提供更多的机遇，以将更多的时间放在设计和仿真任务上，并执行更多的“如果?那么?”分析来支持产品创新活动。 （10） Drafti

43、ng（制图） NX/工程制图模块使任何设计师、工程师或绘图员都可从NX三维实体模型得到完全双向相关的二维工程图。 基于NX复合建模技术，该模块可生成与实体模型相关的尺寸标注，保证工程图纸随着实体模型的改变而同步更新，减少了因模型改变二维图更新所需的时间，包括消隐和全相关的剖视图在内的二维视图在模型修改时也会自动更新。直接修改对应于三维建模参数的设计尺寸，可反向同步更新三维设计模型和二维工程图纸。 自动视图布置功能可快速布置二维图的多个视图，包括正视图、轴测图、各种剖视图、向视图和局部放大图等。自动标注三维建模中已设定的草图特征尺寸和方便的形位工差、粗糙度符号等标注功能重复利用建模中的数据而节省工程制图时间。 该模块支持ANSI、ISO、DIN、JIS和GB等主要的工业制图标准，并提供一套完整的基于图标菜
