38、hallbemutuallyagreedbythemanufacturerandcustomer.6.3.5 Capabilityclausea) Wherecapabilityclauseisinvokedandwheresufficientstatisticalevidenceexists,thetestshallnotbecarriedout(unlessspecificallyrequestedbythecustomer).b) However,thisinnowayreducestheobligationsofthemanufacturertofulfiltherequirement
