1、附录A金属管道材料的许用应力A.0.1表Aol给出了符合本规范要求的材料牌号和许用应力。A.0.2表A.0.2给出了符合本规范要求的螺栓材料牌号和许用应力。A.0.3表A.0.3给出了表AOl所列管子与对焊管件的纵向焊接接头系数Ej,管子与对焊管件的纵向焊接接头系数应符合GB/T50316中的3.2.5和表3的规定。A.0.4表A.0,4给出了表A.0.1所列铸件的铸件质量系数氏,铸件质量系数应符合GB/T50316中表3.2.4和表4的规定。A.0.5表AOl许用应力表的使用应符合下列要求:1表AoI中的许用应力未计入管子和对焊管件的纵向焊接接头系数、焊接接头高温强度降低系数以及铸件质量系数
2、焊接接头高温强度降低系数按GB/T50316中3.2.7的规定;2表AOl未列温度的许用应力可采用内插法计算;3表Aol未列温度的许用应力可采用内插法计算;4表列斜体许用应力值取决于抗拉强度;黑体取决于长期(持久、蠕变)强度;正体取决于屈服强度;正体加下横线取决于90%中温屈服强度;正体加灰底色表示许用应力值高于2/3中温屈服强度;5材料使用温度上限及对应的许用应力按表列所示(而不是表头所示温度);6材料最低使用温度按表列温度或图4.3.6所示曲线,数字表示最低使用温度,英文字母A或B表示图4.3.6中的曲线,材料尚应满足第4章以及相应注解的要求。标准号ta0厚度(mm)最低使用温度下跟/r
